Starbucks — Restaurant in Dayton

I came here for the first time the other day. I ordered through the app so I can't speak in terms of service. It took 20 mins to get my order so pretty long but I ordered in the app so couldn't cancel. However in terms of the taste, I definitely can review. I ordered a large mocha cookie crumble frappe without the cool whip and with an espresso shot added. I travel for work so this is always my go to. However, this site killed it. Not in a good way. I knew it looked different and dry as I was walking to my car but I just up and left in a hurry. When I drove off and took a drink. Pure sadness. I was correct. It was not the same as usual. It was very dry like and tasted like only ice water. Like as if they didn't put enough of whatever else in it or something. I don't know since I'm no batista. But it was by far the worse one I've ever had. I then hoped that maybe after it melted a little, it'd get better but it never did. I could taste it a little when it started melting but it was still just nasty so I threw it away. I don't plan on coming back but I do hope that if I ever do that maybe it'll be better.

Update: I just came here again knowing I shouldn't and I've been in here for 40 minutes waiting on two frappes. I parked in the 5 minute parking and have literally been here 40 mins. I finally just asked if they were making it yet so if not I could just get a refund. She stated she is about to start them. They just now got one of the frappes ready and I am still waiting on the second. This has literally got to be the worse starbucks location. 40+ minutes for 2...

I've eaten breakfast here while killing time before a doctor visit. We spent way too much money on food that was sub-par, except for the coffee beverages we ordered. And after paying far too much for suffering with the food that we ordered is just an expensive place where people who are able to act like what they are eating is really good when it was not. And I said that the Coffee was good, it was. But the price of it was not worth the cost of it. So basically, don't waste your money on an, imagine type thing? Who cares where you buy your Coffee from if you need to take a 2nd mortgage to buy it? Also, McDonald's Coffee is just as good, depending on what you get, but the Carmel Mocha tastes so much better, every time I get it, and I have saved money to buy it. And the largest cup of Coffee there is cheaper than a medium coffee, not the same thing every time by the way, and I don't have to deal with artistic license based on the person...

Had a barista who I could barely read her name, I think it’s Myllie, who made me wait for close to 30 mins for 2 drinks! She was busy but also looked overwhelmed and annoyed. I saw her make and throw away a drink and looked confused the whole time. She handed me one drink, Frappuccino, and instead of making my second beverage, cold brew, she started to clean up and she just seemed fed up. Then when she started to make my drink a customer came in asking for lids and she started helping them also looking confused on the customer’s request so I asked them to cancel the second drink and walked out. Reached out to customer service for a refund. I understand that she may be learning but there were 3 girls there she could of asked for help, she could of asked me what I was waiting for or let me know how much longer, or someone else could of prepared the drink for me so I wouldn’t be standing there for that long...
