My boyfriend and I stopped here for dinner, and we used the drive thru. The young lady that took our order was talking so loudly through the intercom she was almost screaming and couldn't even hear us giving her our order. She appeared to be in a rush because she kept saying is that all. My boyfriend had to tell her to give us a minute because I was still deciding, her response was "oh I see". I ordered the Reuben sandwich combo with the new fries, and he ordered a fish sandwich and an apple and cherry turover. He repeated the order to her three times. We get to the window to pay, and receive our order. I check the bag for the sandwiches and no fish. I was thrown off and didn't check the rest of the food. After some going back and forth between my boyfriend and the cashier at the window we get a fish sandwich that he now has to use his card twice, because he had already paid for the Reuben and the turnovers. We are handed a bag with his fish sandwich and we pull off. We pull over to eat, and my fries are cold and old. His fish sandwich is cold and the bread was soggy almost gummy. He took two bites and said 'I can't eat this". I told him to go back and he said no we will just fix something to eat at home. When we got home I had to reheat my fries and sandwich in the oven. He threw his out in the trash before we even left the parking lot completely. I attempted to call into the restaurant five times when I got home before leaving my review here, and they just let the phone ring, so I left my disappointment here. This is totally unacceptable. Read moreEvery time I come back here I am disappointed. In the past the cashier had no training at all and couldn't accept a coupon without having to ask for help. Same coupon, several customers in a row. The manager left her there then got mad every time she had to go put a coupon in for her. I figured since they were new it was just a training issue and they would catch on. They are always under staffed and the manager is running around trying to do everything instead of teaching them how to do their jobs.
Today I go in after several weeks. Immediately I hear a man barking at the employees. The girl on register made a mistake(coupon again) and he yelled at her in front of a whole line full of guests. " I dont have time for voids!" He yelled. Then he threw his keys and they came apart and scattered all over the floor. I overheard these two women behind me say that he was scary and they could never work here.
This behavior affects your employees as well as your customers. If you can't handle the stress of a fast food lunch rush, please do something else.
