My son requested to eat here for his 21st birthday, BIG MISTAKE!! It's bogo Tuesday so I asked the server, Amilcar, if we could do that and redeem my points also. He said sure, but asked to see the reward as some are for to go only. I was redeeming 6000 points (We obviously eat at BWW quite a bit) for the 20/20 bundle with fries and we also ordered bogo 15 wings and an appetizer. We looked and it said nothing about being for to go only so we ordered it. Amilcar came back and said his manager, Christina, said it was only available for to go's. I said we checked and it doesn't say that on the app. We asked to speak to Christina, so he got her for us. I explained what happened and the app doesn't say anything about to go only. She blamed it on corporate. I said fine just put it in to go boxes and they will eat it that way. Christina said that they weren't allowed to eat out of to go boxes, and only relented when we said we would cancel our order and go somewhere else. The appetizer and other food came out and the bundle came out appropriately 15-20 minutes later. When the to go came they shorted us 15 garlic Parmesan bone in wings but gave us 5 extra teriyaki wings. It was supposed to be 5 teriyaki and 15 garlic Parm. We only received 10 bone in wings (should have 20)but half of that was wrong. We gave Amilcar the teriyaki wings and said we only needed 5 of them but was short the 15 garlic Parm. Amilcar talked to Christina and he came out with only 10 garlic Parmesan wings and said Christina said just to take them on the house. I replied we are still short 5 wings and it's not on the house if we ordered them. She is delusional if she thinks she is giving us anything considering that we ordered it and never received it. Christina came up and was nasty rude to us and told us to finish up and get out, then proceeded to walk away from us. I will say the food was actually really good but my son, who's 21st birthday it is, is afraid to eat the other 5 wings they brought out. And our server. Amilcar, was actually really great and we feel so bad for him, especially with unprofessional rude management such as Christina. This is our 2nd visit to this store in Daytona Beach (we just moved here) and at our first visit, we had to wait forever for our food. Our server, who was also great, said they were so short staffed and that 2 staff actually walked out that day. With management like Christina I can certainly see why. I will be hard pressed to ever eat at BWW's again, which is a shame, because we love the restaurant. Between myself and one another person with the group, we have over 60 years of restaurant hospitality experience, and we have never encountered anything like we have experienced with Christina tonight. Absolutely appalling! Thanks for ruining my son's...
Read morePotential employees beware,
Despite what we hear in the news about the restaurant industry being short of qualified staff this is how I was treated. I have been in the industry since I was a teenager and was interviewed by three levels of managers. I was offered a line cook job on January 2nd. Below are copies of the correspondence with them starting with the most recent. Read away if you please.
WOW!, professional behavior at it's worst/best. Shame on you woman. Karma.
We unfortunately have filled the position and are no longer hiring. If anything opens up, we will reach out.
I am on the BWW careers page and there is no job posting for "kitchen team member". I'm not trying to be difficult. Please advise me as to what more you need prior to our meeting on the 18th at 6:30.
I received an email from Deshawn and it appears there may be confusion about my rescheduling of my orientation schedule? You asked me to reschedule to noon on Monday the day I showed up and you were sick. I waited 20 minutes. I have now come to BWW 5 times for this job. It is obvious that you need qualified help. I am that what you need. I await your response?

Good afternoon, Andrew. No, I told you Tuesday evening 1/3/2023 that I will have to reschedule for Friday evening 1/6/2023 at 630 pm due to me being sick. I also emailed you that Friday evening to ask that you fill out the application for the correct position, Kitchen team member instead of the Bartender application you had submitted before coming in for orientation at 630pm. I did not hear back from you or see you that night, so I was under the impression you moved on. If you are still interested in the Kitchen team member position, then we will still move forward with the orientation, but it will not be on Monday. The next Orientation date will be Wednesday 1/18/2023 at 630pm. Please make sure you bring you Drivers License or ID card AND your Social security card along with Bank information for direct deposit. Thank you and we will see you 1/18/20223 at...
Read moreThis was our first time at Buffalo Wild Wings. We walked up to the to go counter to look at the menu and place a carry out order. Zoe was not friendly at all. No suggestions, no glad you are trying us for the first time, nothing. She seemed annoyed that we wanted to place an order. My husband ordered a buffalo ranch chicken sandwich. Zoe’s reply was rudely “side?” No offer of what sides were available. My husband got fries. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap, no tomato, with fries and my son got the chicken Parmesan melt sandwich with fries. There were maybe 15 people in the restaurant and 3 people came in after us to pick up phone/online orders. Not busy at all. It took 45 minutes for us to get our order. Zoe brought it up, said my name, and walked away. She didn’t check or wait to make sure everything was there. We were missing fries and the chicken parm had no sauce on it. I couldn’t see inside the wrap at that time but that was wrong as well. We had to get someone else to find Zoe so we could get the fries that were missing. No apology, just gave us fries and walked away. During our wait, we watched a server pet a customers dog and not was or sanitizer their hands. We also watched another customer picking up an order, having to raise his voice to get Zoe’s attention because something was missing. In other words, food was horrible and service really bad. The Buffalo chicken wrap had tomatoes when ordered without, the Buffalo chicken sandwich had barely any Buffalo or ranch which we had to add when we got home. The chicken parm had no sauce but we did get some on the side. All fries were cold. Food was ordered at 8:24pm and the kitchen tag said it was put out at 8;47. Zoe did not bring it up front until 9:05. Finally left at 9:10 just to be horribly disappointed. Considering this was our first time, I doubt we will be back and will not recommend this location to anyone. The response from Buffalo Wild Wings guest care was to download the app and they will add 2000 rewards points. That is enough for the sampler appetizer. Pathetic response. After being in the restaurant business for over 30 years, this is unacceptable. I usually never complain or write reviews but it...
