Delicious subs but I think I have had better at other locations. The staff could be more friendly but they aren't rude. It just could be nicer. I was having issues with my online order so they let me get my sub for free in store. I love the good options. So many tasty treats! I always get the firehouse meatball. I would eventually like to try the hook and ladder. They offer a cool bucket with a three dollar donation. I just didn't know where I was going to put the bucket. The soft drink dispenser didn't have any ice and some drinks weren't working so I just got a bottle of water. Most other customers were doing the same. The employees would talk about the other customers and employees in a sort of rude way after they left. I wonder what they said about me. 🤔 I was nice and everything. The atmosphere is nice. This location is quite small though compared to others. I think that all the locations near me are far better. Everything even cleanliness could be improved.

Read moreThe general manager that’s works at this location was very very rude. When I first walked in to explain my issue from the previous day she cut me off, did not let me finish my sentence and started to make my order without no understanding of what had happened the previous day. I had ordered a turkey bacon sandwich which had no bacon, I did not notice until I was already home. She then continued to cut me off as I spoke. She had a very bad attitude and mind you this is not the first time I have gotten lunch from this location with her being very nasty. I can’t imagine this is the type of person that you all would want to run your business or employees!!! I also witnessed her being rude to the gentleman that was after me. She is very lucky I did not cause a seen bc i sure could have!!! This is absolutely insane I will NEVER be going back to that location again in life. If I do it may not be a good outcome. The Sandwhich was no better this time then last time as the bacon...
Read moreThis is the second time I have come here and experienced horrible customer service. Sherry, who is apparently the GM, yells at employees in front of customers and has zero concern for customer service. She got my order wrong and said she was going to fix it and instead served 3 other customers in front of me and then grabbed her purse and left! Really not sure how anyone would ever give her a management position because the employees under her acted with more class and professionalism than she did. There was another lady who worked there (who looked like her sister), who was yelling at another employee at the top of her lungs, saying that he was invalidating her feelings? Me and the other three customers in the restaurant stared at each other in disbelief. I will be going to another location...
