My recent visit to this McDonald's location to pick up a delivery order left me quite disappointed with the overall service. As a regular customer and a fan of McDonald's, I believe it's essential to provide constructive feedback to help improve the customer experience.
Upon arriving to collect my order, I noticed a considerable number of delivery drivers who had been waiting for an extended period. It took an astonishing 47 minutes for my order, which was a relatively small one, to be prepared. During this time, I placed an additional order through the McDonald's app, which took an additional half-hour to receive. Unfortunately, the medium fry I ordered was left sitting for too long, resulting in a less than desirable quality upon receipt.
Throughout my waiting period, I observed several concerning issues with the staff's conduct. There were instances of employees engaging in horseplay in the kitchen, and some even appeared to be disengaged, leading to 3 refund requests from other customers who opted not to wait any longer. The situation seemed particularly challenging for the manager, who was attempting to handle both order preparation and customer service simultaneously, causing interruptions in their workflow.
As a loyal McDonald's customer who frequents the app and spends around $50 monthly, I genuinely want to see this location improve. I appreciate its convenient location, but the subpar employment has been discouraging me from visiting frequently. I find myself choosing to drive a few extra miles to visit a more efficient McDonald's establishment.
I believe it is essential for the management to address these issues promptly and invest in shaping up the employment. Improving staff training, ensuring efficient coordination during peak hours, and creating a positive work environment will undoubtedly contribute to an enhanced customer experience. With these changes, I am confident that this McDonald's location has the potential to become a preferred choice for many patrons in the area.
I sincerely hope that my feedback will be taken constructively, and improvements will be made to elevate the service quality, making it a more enjoyable experience for all customers. Thank you for your attention to...
Read moreIf I could give zero starts I would. Was just there today. My autistic son was so happy because McDonald’s is his favorite ordered through the app so my son wouldn’t have to deal with the chaos of inside the store. Sat there for almost a half hour and my food hadn’t been brought out to us yet so we decided to go inside to see what was going on. When we entered and walked up towards the counter we found an employee and a customer spouting obscenities at each other all the while the manager was standing right there doing nothing. This is supposed to be a child friendly place my son should not have had to hear the words coming from the customer but definitely not from the McDonald’s employee. When we could finally get up to the counter I explained the issue that was going on to a different employee then the one that was cussing. She informed me for some reason they weren’t getting orders thru the app and that I would have to request a refund through the app. I said ok then I need to reorder the food. She then refused to take my order at the counter and said I had to use the kiosk. At this point I was just irate that they couldn’t even do their job and take my order but it would be fine to order thru the kiosk and then then take my payment at the counter. By far the worst experience I have ever had at McDonald’s. We ended up having to drive to another McDonald’s that was a few miles down the road which caused my autistic son to have a full blown meltdown because he couldn’t understand why we weren’t getting our food that we had already ordered and paid for over a half hour prior. Unprofessional staff and the manager has no business being a manger when he didn’t even try to intervene with what was going on between the customer and his employee. Will not be coming back to that location ever again and I will make sure to post this review everywhere and multiple times. My autistic son should have never had to deal with this situation and...
Read moreMeet TERELL, the night shift manager who just verbally assaulted my 62 y/o grandmother & refused my 7 year old twins their food after waiting almost 40 MINUTES in your line. How is this man a MANAGER? We waited in line for our food after 20 minutes YES 20 minutes we kindly asked the guy at the window what was going on to which he very quickly brushed us off and said “idk I just got here” a little short but okay i understand you just got here in this chaos and can’t expect much more from a regular employee. After waiting another 30 minutes my grandmother decided to go inside because my 7 year olds are now asleep in line waiting for their food! She went inside and was greeted by TERELL who immediately turned her away SCREAMING AND YELLING, didn't talk to her didn’t apologize for the wait, no he was completely irate. Line finally starts moving after she returned to the car oddly enough, and as i pulled up to the window to receive my food, he had MY CHANGE ready to give back, to which i responded that was not her food that it’s LITERAL CHILDREN'S FOOD OBVIOUSLY because i had ordered 2 happy meals. And because of an interaction between 2 ADULTS you are refusing CHILDREN their food that I PAID FOR! Not even the person you had a conflict with. I wouldn’t care if my children weren’t affected but THEY WERE. This was suppose to be a treat for good behavior and instead-he made my children feel like it was personal and towards them.
mcdonald’s Please do better with who you are hiring! And i will be up there tomorrow morning & calling corporate because no matter how under staffed you may be you are a manger and you refused children food due to your own personal feelings. TERELL SHOULD NOT...
