Joe at the corporate store, never met him before, no reason to be arrogant but he was, no reason not to care but he didn't, no more than a minute looking at the display wall before he told me to go on line for a cell phone battery while telling me the other store made a mistake sending me there since they hadn't updated their product numbers reflecting change...oh and this was about the fifth time this has happened he said. I asked him to call that store to inform them of this problem so others, like me, wouldn't have to drive all the way to this store expecting a battery. He said he might call later but each store is responsible for their own product numbers. I did nothing to him but he treated me this way!!!!! Probably because I'm old. Leaving the store I returned to counter to ask him his name.NO WONDER HE HAS NO NAME TAG WITH HIS ATTITUDE! Joe belongs in a cubical, not assisting the public because he dosen't care, is unaccountable. He hasn't realized he has employment not because of who he is but because customers have made this provision for him. Shame on you Joe!
Over the years I have purchased wheelchair batteries and hearing aid batteries on behalf of others at the Pt. Orange store confidently understanding I would be graciously helped by anyone at this location!!!! Nicole has helped me beautifully, always!!! Suggest you send Joe for training to this location before you grant him access to another customer. He needs what they have, what he dosen't even...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI wanted to take a moment to express my profound gratitude and admiration for an employee named Armon. His exemplary customer service went above and beyond any expectation, and he deserves to be recognized.
I called two minutes before closing, fully expecting to be met with a hurried response or possibly no answer. Instead, Armon answered on the second ring and provided a level of service that was both professional and deeply considerate. He took the time to thoroughly explain the options and specifications for two different automotive batteries for my vehicle. He not only confirmed what he had in stock but also went the extra mile to inform me that he could have the alternative option available for me the very next day.
What truly left me in awe, however, was what he said next. Understanding the urgency of my need for a car battery, and despite it being past closing time, Armon offered to stay late to ensure I could get what I needed. In a world where many are eager to leave work the moment their shift ends, Armon chose to prioritize a customer's needs over his own schedule.
This level of dedication is extraordinary! Truly 5-STARS ā ā ā ā ā Thank you, Armon, for your incredible professionalism, thoughtfulness, and for setting a new standard for what exceptional customer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreToday, I visited to get my "lifetime" battery replacements for my vehicle key fobs. AWESOME SERVICE! NO wasted time with looking up my information or ANY other suggestive sales. HOWEVER! I enjoyed polite conversation regarding OTHER items I'd like to buy from them. 4 ft. LED shop bulbs, that can be used either WITH or W/O the existing ballast removed aka disconnected. Disconnecting the existing ballast, saves even further in electric cost IF NOT used with retro fit of LED bulbs. $6.99 each @ Batteries Plus + Bulbs on US 92 in Daytona Beach. Now, I also discussed MY ONLY desired gift for Christmas. A battery tester that tests everything from watch batteries to D cells! They have testers, BUT none like the 1 I used to have and wish to replace. I will be back! Consider Batteries Plus + Bulbs for the folks in your life who have many electrical needs, such as Battery Back-up and surge protection that needs a replacement. Or How about buying all those batteries for ALL the electronics in the home? I typically buy 4 plugs of AA batteries and 2 AAA or 72 AA and 36 AAA From smoke detectors to remote controls and gaming console...
