I feel bad writing this review because I know mistakes happen, but I go to this location often, and in the last month, there have been three occasions where I was missing food items. The first time I ordered a donut with my coffee and was handed an empty bag. Literally there was nothing in it. I went back into the drive thru and mentioned what happened. Usually, I’ve been greeted with kindness at DD, but the lady who I spoke with acted very annoyed and said “Well, we are out of that kind.” And I was like… “Okay, can I get a different kind?” She rolled her eyes and handed me the new donut I ordered without an apology. I paid for the order on my mobile app, so I was pretty annoyed that she acted like I was making a big deal about getting an item I paid for. I even apologized for the inconvenience, which I shouldn’t have because this was not my fault and I should have been offered an alternative option if my order couldn’t be fulfilled.
Then, there have been two more occasions where I ordered hash browns for my son and they were forgotten, one being today. I didn’t check before I left the drive thru and didn’t have time to go inside or go back and wait in line, so I just let it be.
My coffee has always been done well and I typically have had positive interactions, but I just wanted to write a PSA to make sure you check your bag for all items before leaving. I was hoping maybe the managers may see this and just remind employees to double check the orders before handing them to the customers, because I am sure I’m not the only one this has happened to.
Update: I still am consistently getting the wrong items. I’m not exaggerating when I say every single time I’ve gone there they have messed up my order or not given me the food I ordered. I understand if they run out of an item, but they either just don’t give it to me, or they replace it with a different item without saying anything. I honestly think this has to be done on purpose at this point, lol.
Another update: I ordered munchkins today. I got a three count, and they gave me two. I was the only person in the drive-through. I also ordered ahead. I don’t think I’m going to be ordering from here anymore. At this point, I have paid for so many items that I have not received that it’s not worth going here.
There is a Starbucks next door, and they have never messed...

The cashier on the cashier kept saying hold be with you it took about 5 minutes for Samantha t to come and help. She was rude and had excuses didn’t have the food I asked for. I ordered an ice coffee and some waffle chicken and 1 donut. Samantha thru my donut so hard in the bad it fell on the floor. She got another one made my coffee was very very rude gave me the wrong kind of coffee and slammed my coffee down and broke the lid. Spoke with “the manager” African American woman named Ashley she too was just as rude as the cashier. Because of how I was treated I asked for compensation and “the manager” said I will give u a coffee for free. I rarely go to Dunkin’ Donuts and said can I get a card or something and she said we don’t have anything like that can u write it down then she said we don’t write things down. Super rude. Flies all around and then the manager started saying we’re not making anymore food and she kept yelling this. Other people that were coming in we’re waiting so long left. I told the manager that she was being rude and I was going to call corporate and said go right ahead my name is Ashely and I could not hear Regardless I walked away and sat down by my party. My sister and my niece were already sitting down “the manager” walked up to me and she said, “the manager made me give u this card, and I am not sorry and she threw the card down.” My sister than said u didn’t have to treat her like that there were a lot of people in the restaurant. And “the manager” just kept arguing with us and then Samantha said u can just leave. And she would not stop either. So “the manager” must have been lying we asked to Speak with the manger and she said she just left. It was awful what a way to start out the day. I will be calling corporate when they open on Monday. Beware. An hour later still not serving food.
Update: 04/13/2025 oh my God what a great experience complete turnaround. The management was so nice and friendly the assistant just as friendly. Everybody was very helpful and the food was delicious. Delicious. Please stop by very...
Read moreSadly this location has went down hill in the last year. The mobile walk in orders are somewhat a joke here. All they care about is the drive through orders. Many times I have to wait 15 to 25 mins once I get there to get my mobile walk- in order ( mind you I order before I leave my home which is a 7 min drive there) as the ticket just sit there and pile up like no big deal. You stand behind the long line inside and wait for all their orders and then it’s your turn to tell them you have a Mobil order only to see yours and about 10+ sitting on the machine waiting to be filled. When they tell you that they don’t tend to mobile walk ins unless they are not busy, then why even have that option?!
You barely ever get a good morning or we will be right with you, but instead they just stare at you and keep going about their drive through orders. Just rude to say the least. Not sure where the manors/customer service is with this staff. Maybe have someone at the front counter and on Mobil walk in orders all the time instead of.. well never. There clearly isn’t any management or at least not any good management because again customer service and acknowledgement for all orders coming in to this business is non existent. Besides all of that, this place is very dirty. . The door to walk in has had finger prints and I’m not sure what the other stuff is all over it for over a year. It never gets wiped off and even when they add more signs they just ignore how gross it is instead of cleaning it. I frequent here about 15/20 times a month for my coffee because the coffee is good I will...
