Lucky 8 Pizzeria — Restaurant in Deadwood

VERY rude and trashy. We called to place a pickup order earlier this evening and had to be transferred from the front desk to the “pizzeria”. The phone rang and rang and finally a very rude woman answered the line with, “Super 8 kitchen.” After confirming this was in fact the pizza location, we asked to place a pickup order and before even finishing the sentence, she cut me off and rudely asked, “Are you even in Deadwood?” I explained to her that I was in fact less than a mile down the road but would like to place a pickup order, she cut me off again and stated that I would have to come in. I tried to explain that online it clearly indicates pickup is an option, and she rudely replied, “we don’t do that here and that’s just the way it is.” Then she proceeded to tell me Marco’s Pizza delivers, and when I asked her what her owners would think if she was sending business to their competitors, she promptly hung up on me. Ordered online for pick up. Paid with CC. Hours said open until 8pm. Ordered at 7:30. Went to pick up and they had no record of my order. Refused to look at my confirmation text AND email. Lady kept talking about Doordarsh even tho NOTHING online indicated anything about Doordash for my CARRYOUT order.
