Seriously really terrible food, time and service, do yourselves a favor and order elsewhere, this was seriously the worst pizza experience i've ever had, first i was told the food would take 30-35 mins, it took just over 1 hour, then when i got the food they messed the food up, didn't give any sauce and gave ranch instead, and the food was cold. I called up let them know my order was wrong and the guy goes "whoa that's a serious issue" being a funny guy, told me they'll give me 1 large pizza next time, then i said dude i just want some pizza sauce nobody here eats ranch, literally repeated the same thing i said are you open? he's like ya we're still taking orders i'm like can you just have one of your guys bring some out here on their way out? he repeated his line. First and last time. Cold soggy bread sticks, cold flavorless pizza worst experience ever. I'm a restaurant owner, not in the pizza business. But i've never had the food be cold, get the order wrong AND horrible service all at the same time. I've never been brushed off so badly as if my order wasn't important like that EVER. They were taking orders but since my order was wrong and i paid already it didn't matter to them. Read moreI’m very disappointed with the service. I called to order a pizza today and they said they cannot deliver to my area. I said you guys have delivered to the same address twice before and in recent times so since when did you decide not to deliver here? The guy on the phone said that it has “always” been like that and it is not possible because our system “automatically” discards any locations that doesn’t come into a specified radius. I then said then how come you guys delivered twice before? He said maybe it was very slow that day or they made a mistake. Mistake. Twice? Okay, I am fine if you had simply said we’re sorry it’s very busy and we can’t deliver today. Instead you made lame excuses, given that you had been delivering before without specifying you were making an exception. So how would I know you were making an exception? I paid $3 for delivery plus tip both times. As for today, I would have been happy if you said sorry we can’t today instead of saying it’s impossible to ever do that. So what you did? You lost trust. You lost a customer who lives under 10 mins from your location.
