I recently had the pleasure of dining at Olga's restaurant in Dearborn Heights, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a cozy ambiance that instantly made me feel at home.
One of the highlights of my visit was the outstanding service provided by the manager, Sara. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect. Sara's knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she was more than happy to offer recommendations based on my preferences. Her genuine passion for the restaurant and its offerings was evident, and it truly enhanced my overall experience.
Now, let's talk about the food. I started my meal with the 'snackers,' and they were absolutely delicious. The combination of flavors and textures was perfect, and each bite was a delightful treat. The portion size was just right, allowing me to enjoy the snack without feeling too full.
For my main course, I had the Original Olga, and it was a true delight. The sandwich was packed with flavor, and the ingredients were fresh and of high quality. The bread was perfectly toasted, adding a nice crunch to each bite. The accompanying sauce added a tangy and savory element that complemented the other flavors beautifully. It was clear that the chefs at Olga's take great pride in their craft, as every aspect of the dish was executed with precision and care.
The overall atmosphere of Olga's restaurant was inviting and comfortable, with tasteful decor and comfortable seating. The staff members were friendly and efficient, ensuring that all guests were well taken care of. The restaurant's cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols were also commendable, especially during these challenging times.
In conclusion, my experience at Olga's restaurant in Dearborn Heights was nothing short of exceptional. The manager, Sara, played a significant role in making my visit memorable, and the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend Olga's restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience with outstanding service and...
Read moreI’ve been a loyal customer here for over 20 years and have never experienced anything like what happened during yesterday’s visit. I wanted to order the unlimited snackers/soup/salad, and the assistant manager waiting on our table rudely told me that my children weren’t allowed to eat from the snackers basket, claiming there was “no sharing.” Her approach was unnecessarily harsh.
So I just ordered the cream of broccoli soup. The broccoli was old, smelled awful, and the soup itself was watered down. I sent it right back. To make matters worse, my daughter bit into her chicken only to find it completely RAW, absolutely unacceptable and unsafe.
Eventually, another staff member named Kelly came over and was kind and apologetic, but overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. After two decades of coming here, I left feeling disheartened and concerned about the quality...
Read moreI've been at the Dearborn Heights location a few times and the experiences have been okay, however today I'm extremely disappointed in the experience. First of all my sandwich (chicken shawarma) was horrible. I called to complain for the manager to tell me the only thing they could do was to remake the same sandwich if I return the remaining uneaten sandwich. Apparently, they've had bad experiences with customers complaining about their food. So now I have to either waste my money or spend more money in gas & time driving back up there to get the same gross sandwich. Thanks bad customers for making everyone suffer. Thanks Olga's for making all customers criminals....
