I went to the drive through on Friday around 6:00 on January 20, and it appeared that the young lady taking the orders did not know what she was doing and did not have enough training. She messed up my order even though I had to repeat it over and over at least five times. I did not have a long and complicated order either. I asked for a turkey and Swiss sandwich (one of the Market Fresh sandwiches that is in wheat bread with lettuce, tomato, onions and Swiss cheese) as part of my order, and when I arrived home, I discovered that she gave me a real small turkey slider instead. I was really disappointed. If I go to this Arby's at Telegraph just south of Michigan avenue again, I will go inside only and not use their drive thru again. They really need to make sure a worker has the necessary training before they have them taking orders...

Seems she was so mad (maybe she didn't want to be there tonight) the attitude was coming right off her. Did the whole transaction and barely spoke a word. After ordering and paying, the gentleman in the back yells, everything past this is a take out, we are closing the dinning room, not enough personal. Yelling, if they can eat in ten minutes they can stay. Our girl up front, doesn't give us an option, sticks the food in a couple bags, throws them up on the counter without a word. Read moreThere were only 2 cars ahead of me when i got in line. Each car was about 5 minutes to order. When i got to the speaker i was greeted by an automated message that told me to "take my time and look at the menu while an attendant got back with me" but i knew what i wanted since i was already in line for 10 minutes while two orders were took. I sat at the speaker in silence a moment. After waiting In silence I said "hello" then she responded there was only one person working. Her response in otherwords was that she was unable to take my order. This told me everything i needed to know. I refuse to give my money to fast food places that won't atleast take my order when I get to the speaker so I left. You get 1 star for having "1 worker." Do better. Staff every shift appropriately.
