Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Dearborn

If I could give them 0 stars I definitely would. Every since a different management team came in from when I started in November it’s been nothing but problems. I’m a former employee and they definitely did me wrong. I was on quarantine because I had COVID for 14 days and the GM barely responded to my text messages and I called her and she didn’t return a message. She wanted me to come back while I was still on quarantine and having signs and symptoms. I told her that because of me still having symptoms that I wasn’t coming back until after I got retested. When I got retested and sent her the NEGATIVE results she then calls me about a hour or so later to tell me that I’m fired for insubordination. Remind you I was still having symptoms when she wanted me to come in. Oh and by the way..according to the CDC and the corporate of auntie Anne’s this particular location was suppose to close for atleast a few days so that they could clean but they didn’t even follow safety COVID-19 protocols. JUST NASTY AND UNSAFE!!!!!!!!...

I know that this place has new management because Jesus Christ, what are y’all doing. I’m amazed how inspection has not shut you guys down. Most unhygienic food location I have ever witnessed. One worker is on buttering duty and dips his entire sleeve into the butter. You’d assume they’d start a fresh batch of butter. No, why would they. I was waiting for my order and they thought they were smart trying to heavy load cinnamon and sugar on my burnt pretzel. You guys are that lazy to just explain to me you messed up and needed another 10 minutes? There’s this fat worker who I also saw his hands into the ice and just munch on it. Like genuinely how are you guys still open lol You’re better off buying pretzel at a different location that isn’t at...

Too bad this is one of the closest auntie annes by me. Can’t even go to the one in meijers because I see the same heavy set guy at both of them. For whatever reason, they all look pissy. No matter how many times I come here, I always see the prices increasing. I went to another auntie annes location and a pretzel cost 3.99 compared to this location 6-7$ for one pretzel.
