I eat at this Bellacino’s often with no problem; however, we ordered some food for carry out two days ago and the food literally made me sick. When we went to pick up the food, a very young worker was mopping the floor while I was at the counter paying for my $50 order. I watched him put the mop in the bucket when he was done and walk straight to making pizzas without washing his hands, which was utterly disgusting and unsanitary. I immediately pointed it out to the guy that rang up my bill. That same night I woke up at 4am with an upset stomach as was sick for the rest of the night into the morning and the only thing I ate that day was Bellacino’s. I called first thing in the morning and spoke to a manager and she said there was nothing she could do and took my number and said “hopefully, the owner will call you” she said she could not compensate me in any way to make it right, only he could. It’s been two days and no one even bothered to call me back. That’s very disappointing, especially since we have been loyal customers for years and give them a lot of business. That’s no way to treat your customers. Do not eat here if you don’t want to get sick. They are careless and should be reported for how they handle the food they prepare and...
Read moreI work near here so I attempt to frequent local restaurants because I know that restaurants are struggling right now. Two days ago I ordered a whole Italian sub and bottled water. Forgot to take my bottle water (my bad). Today I placed an order and mentioned to cashier that I forgot my bottled water last visit and asked if I could get it this visit. For a $2 bottle water, she had to get a mgr (ok no problem). But she walked right back up to me and responded, “That’s not possible”. Cool. I still paid for a new bottled water, HOWEVER...the fact that the manager didn’t weigh the pros/cons of replacing a $2 bottled water amazes me. That $2 bottled water just cost them at least $150 of MY business (an estimate on how much I spend and how long I’m NOT going to patronize this establishment). Again, it was my fault forgetting my water, but as a career GM, I would’ve replaced that water with a smile...ESPECIALLY during a time I can’t afford to lose ANY...
Read moreI would only rate it zero. I went in ordered 2 orders of fries and a pizza. They were going to close in ten minutes. Its was 10:03 and they still havnt finished mopping or cleaning. The boy mopping told me seriously! I want to go home man..although he wasnt even half way done. Then the girl named zeina came to me although they didnt know that they forgot one order of fries that i payed for and told me that i had to leave. And she came in my face and watched me whilst smiling . It was not professional, i felt attacked by them 2. The others where fine. Restraunt Law/protocol is when u buy food u dont close until people are not done eating. ZEINA AND THE BOY MOPPING ALMOST LOOKED LIKE THEY WHERE GOING TO ESCORT ME OUT AS I WAS SITTING ON THE table smiling. 😊😊😊😊 it was worst restraunt experience i had in my life. Also pizza over cooked. Both fries dry and almost burnt sort of. The ends where dark...
