I ordered chicken shush kafta and every other time I e ordered it came with 2 whole kebobs but this time it came with one Kevin cut in half to make it look like 2. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes after arriving for my order and for them to get there system back up to pay with a card. I checked my order for missing items but didn’t think to put my hands in the food and flip the kebobs over to see if they were full kebobs. Like who would think to do that? But you have to at this place. When I called back I told them abt the situation and they told me to provide pictures of my food, it was late so I said I would be in tomorrow with pictures. I then made a review, with pictures, immediately after that so this is my second review. I called in the next day to find out if I could be refunded for my food because I submitted the pictures and they could see for themselves the problem, but they already knew they problem because they intentionally tried to deceive me. I was told no refund at first and they would make me 1 kebob for the missing one. I told them that’s not good enough because I ordered extra rice and garlic because I was expecting 2 kebobs. Then I was told after talking with multiple people that they would call me back in 15 minutes after they talk with the manager. After waiting 45 minutes I called back and was told they hadn’t heard back from their manager but would call back that same day as soon as they heard back. Well they never called. But today they called me to confirm an order that was placed for tomorrow, of course they called the wrong number. I told them that and reminded them that they were to call me back abt my refund. They placed me on hold and of course they hung up. This place sucks because what they did was intentional and deceitful and then not wanting to refund after all...
Read moreI was very disappointed! My friends and I ate here, very very disappointed. We ordered soup, tea, Bread and was waiting for our guest to arrive. The waitress kept coming to our table asking us to order, we said that we were waiting for our guest. We were discussing business, the conversation was great! We noticed this waitress kept coming to our table asking to take the menus back even after we said we were wanting one menu left on the table, she actually said you are not in a cafe if your not going to order you need to leave. She came back three to 4 more times to say that it was not a cafeteria if we didn’t order we had to leave. We are professional black women, I am a Doctor. This was very embarrassing. It was clear that we have been treated with racism. Even when we said we would order a bigger meal she had an attitude, so we know it was not about our order and more about the fact that we were black.
We made a to go order and tipped to show we are the bigger person. It’s so sad that we were only trying to have fellowship and talk about God and in this dinning we’re treated this way.
I had dinned there a few days ago and enjoyed it so much I wanted to bring my sisters in life and business and we were treated...
Read moreSo, WOW! Food is great here! I had looked at the menu online, and thought that it was a little expensive, so I was going to go elsewhere. But I had to visit another store in the strip mall, and was at the point where I don't care, I just want dinner. Well, now I see why the price is what I consider a little high. It's enough food for two people. When the server brought out the large salad that came with the Shawarma plate meal, I knew it was going to be more than I could eat. When the actual dinner came out, I definitely thought the price wasn't bad then. The food was very good, and the service was also very good! The ladies who work there are super sweet too. The lamb was very tasty and cooked properly, the salad was fresh, and the basket of pita bread that was brought at the beginning was hot and fluffy. If I'm back in the area again, it will be a return visit for sure! I had enough leftover for lunch today.
Highly recommended, you...
