Would give negative if possible. Placed order prior to 12 since I have a busy schedule and need to take my break at a set time. It was almost 1 and I still didn’t have my order so I called the store and spoke to Chris. He said that he will make some calls and get back to me. Then he called and said the driver got pulled over and will be a few minutes. 118 the website shows delivered so I called the store back and Chris said that the driver is pulling up soon he had a lot of deliveries. He had the wrong driver that He called earlier. Then still nothing. By 245 I was very upset with the back and forth and just wanted a refund. So I called the store for a refund and they repeatedly said it was delivered. So I asked for his name and delivery drivers name. He says there are multiple he doesn’t know which one. I told him that was odd as he just told me that he spoke to the driver. Finally he said it was deyonte. Then he handed the phone to another female that was with him to void the transaction who was extremely rude and said driver said he delivered it and he is off the clock so I can’t do nothin. I asked her that I would like a refund as I did not receive anything and she doesn’t need to give me an attitude. If your driver says that he dropped it then have him come back and knock on the door he dropped it at as it wasn’t mine. I have a ringcamera at my door and I could see that no one came to my door. They tried to blame me for taking the sandwich and wanting money back and then also said maybe someone stole it. Chris had already acknowledged at 118 that the driver has not delivered the sandwich when the website shows delivered. She was the most rude and wouldn’t give me her name and said talk to niki but she won’t care to help me either. All I wanted was a refund for the sandwich that took time out of my day and 2 hours of back and forth for me to called a liar. Read moreFirst off, I work at a Jimmy Johns so i know how things are supposed to be done and how things are ran. I called to place a pick up and was asked to hold, so i'm on hold for about 5 minutes till i just hung up and called right back, then they take my order which i was very specific about and I asked when it would be finished, because I know at my store we do them right away but I didn't know if they were busy or something so i figured i'd ask, and he said it'll be done by the time i get there, so i get there about 10 or 15 minutes later and it's not done... 5 minutes go by of standing there and I ask them if it's done and the guy on the register was like "Oh my bad" and didn't see it in front of the register. Then, when i went to eat the sandwich, all the specific instructions i gave them they ignored and my sandwich was wrong, so i called to speak to the manager and they said he was "out" at the moment and he'd give me a call back...
Read moreTHE ABSOLUTE MOST WORST SERVICE!!! i called the other day and guy answered and i can barley even understand him. i was placing my order and i said i want two tuna sandwiches a pickle and chips. the phone call was literally like 10 mins long because he kept talking to his co worker as i was on the phone ignoring what i was saying. my food took OVER AN HOUR. Then when my food came it was wrong. it was ONE tuna sandwich with a pickle and chips. I was so upset because maybe if he was listening to me when i was speaking on the phone we wouldn’t have had this issue. he was the most unprofessional person to be answering phones and my delivery was not freaky fast. him and his co worker kept talking to each other and passing the phone back and forth. i wish i can tell a manager. never coming back here ever...
