I’m with others, worst Domino’s ever. I usually use the app. But the app kept telling me there was no delivery available. I’m staying at a near by hotel. So I call the store and attempt to place my order.
Seth answers the phone. Apparently doesn’t know the menu. Puts me on hold then hangs up on me accidentally. Maybe I should have called Pizza Hut at this point??
Call back AGAIN! I’m trying to order a Chicken Carbonara Bread Bowl. He keeps dodging my questions. Finally I point blank ask him if my Pasta was going to come in a bread bowl. He asks me to hold on. Then he comes back on and says “my manager says we don’t do those”. Do what?????
They are an ADVERTISED staple menu item. I can hear someone hollering in the back ground “I don’t want to” or something like that. I’m not impressed.
I’m not sure WHAT this locations issues are, but if store manager aren’t doing their job then maybe GM or Owner needs to come in and work these issues out!?
Edited to add: Maybe someone needs to keep ol Seth off the phone! Or maybe Seth needs to learn to listen. Gave him the name and address of the hotel 3 times and he puts room number as address!? Causing the poor delivery driver to get...
Read moreOn one of our snow days last week. I went through the drive through, And asked for and also paid for my order that had already been placed online... The lady tells me my food will be out in a few minutes closes the window and walks away. Less than 5 minutes later, a tall skinny guy approaches the window. Literally started from the beginning, asking if I needed to place an order, What was the name on the order, etc.
Then proceeds to ask me if I can pull away from the window and drive back through the drive-through. Mind you there are about 6 cars behind me. Me: " Do I seriously have to pull around and wait in line again? I placed my order over 20 minutes ago. How much longer will it take?"... Him: " Hold on a minute I can go check. Oh, it's coming right out it will be ready in just a minute"... Then he comes back and opens the window again, Asking me if I had already paid.... Like seriously? Do y'all not communicate in there??? In Customer service and communication, they are extremely lacking... Borderline...
Read moreTechnically 3.5 stars... I would have given this location 5 stars a month ago because when I first started ordering here it was fantastic! However the last two orders have had errors. The first error was fixed with a store credit which was very nice. The order I placed to use the credit was also a little chaotic. No coupons could be used with a credit which I understand, but my $30 credit did not cover a large specialty, a medium 3 topping, 8 piece wings and a 2 liter. The total I was given on the phone was wrong, so the driver missed out on a good tip. Then to top it off, the driver forgot our 2 liter, so I guess a small tip was sufficient!! end rant We will try to order again in a few months and maybe they will be back to being great again!
