Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Decatur

Well I will start off by saying that me and my wife have frequented this particular Pizza Hut many times over the years for lunch and dinner since we have lived in Wise County out of those times we have had either the worst of luck or the worst of employees most of them seem very lazy when you want a salad with your dinner from the salad bar and you have to ask them multiple times to refill the salad or the cheese or some other condiment on the salad bar that is empty or missing totally they usually take a very long time to bring it or they never bring it at all by the time you get your pizza . Then when you make an order for an appetizer they will usually come back after about 30 minutes and tell you that the appetizer you ordered is not available because they have ran out of it ( this has happened to us on multiple visits not just once) and usually you will end up getting your appetizer at the same time you get your pizza. Tonight February 22nd 2019 I brought my family out for dinner and we had the same experience like deja vu all over again. This maybe the last time I come to this Pizza Hut the customer service is sad speed of service is really sad. I try not to be a harsh critic but I do speak the truth about this place I have lived in Wise County since 2005 and this has to be one of the worst Pizza Huts I have ever been to across Dallas-Fort Worth area. UPDATE 2024 this place has improved so much since my last review the employees here are now very helpful not any mistakes and they no longer have...

We were going to go to Braum's, but my fiance and I had such wonderful memories of eating inside Pizza Hut when we were kids, that he picked it instead solely based on nostalgia. We should have known from the empty parking lot that it was a bad idea. We walked in behind a party of 3 around 6pm and no one else was in the place. I left to go to the bathroom, and when I came out, saw my fiance sitting in the booths and the server was walking away from him. I presumed she was getting us drinks so I said "Hi, how's it going?" and smiled. She looked at me and sneered and kept walking. I sat at the table with my fiance and he had already been treated like crap by the staff and we hadn't even been there 5 minutes! I don't know how you expect to run a business with these people representing you, but it is clear from the other reviews that this is a regular occurrence. As a chef and business owner, I highly suggest management clean house and hire some customer service driven help before it's too late. Bad attitudes are a poison that seep into some restaurants and infect it throughout the entire operation. Unless you remove the poison, it can be fatal to the business. Call poison control immediately...

Update. 2 stars to 1 star. There is a woman who works there that refused to ring me up for my carryout order. Then I waited 10 minutes for my pizza to be ready when it was sitting in the warmer. Now i have been waiting for over an hour for my pizza to be delivered when estimated time was 30 minutes. Called and they haven't even started making my order.

I ordered pizza through the app at 8:30p.m. They called me at 8:38p.m. saying they were out of garlic knots. No big deal we were able to substitute them for cheesy breadsticks. But when my food got here it was cold first off and I was missing half of my order the delivery driver had already taken off so I called the store at 8:42. They said they would have someone dispatched out to bring the rest of my food. Here I am at 9:53 and noone has showed up. Last time. I ordered it was 2 hours, after two calls I told them to forget it and they said they would give me a credit (which they never did.) Poor customer service... used to be really good but it has since then gone...
