Placed an order online and waited in drive thru line for 20 min which is expected at Whataburger... I finally get my turn and let the person at drive-thru know that I am there to pick up my order. They then proceed to tell me that half my order can't be fulfilled because they are out of chicken so I replaced my order pulling into B lane. About 5 minutes waiting in line in the b Lane I called to make sure that they are putting all of my add-ons onto my new sandwich that I had previously ordered they did not so they had to remake it another 10 minutes goes by manager comes out and asked what do I what do we want to drink because they are now out of sugar so there's no sweet tea. After fixing that debacle I get my food get my drinks and pull around front and check my food to realize I didn't get my onion rings call them again and they said oh no we gave you a large fry because we're out of onion rings I said fine I get back home I checked the food again and realize that one of the whataburgers that had added cheese does not have cheese so they just messed everything up and needless to say I will not be going back to this Whataburger ever again there's no reason why half your menu should be out especially if you're going to be the only...
Read moreWalked into this location to be greeted by the fact the place was slammed with over 20 groups, not just people in families that were here, but groups waiting on their food. Out of most of their stuff and has multiple people in the drive through waiting for food. 7 of the 9 people were practically new workers who hadn't been taught how to work here. Drive through and Dining room closed due to them not being prepared. Manager is nowhere to be seem, multiple orders seen sitting out with nobody attending to the food and just letting it sit there. Seen 7 people served since my family entered here, and 6 of them came back with their orders incorrect, and 3 from the drive through as well. 9 people with their orders incorrect with the drive through and dine in together. Out of 15 people. Come on. Guy comes in with a phone saying that he hadn't gotten his order in 35 minutes and finds out his food has been sitting in the kitchen for the past 10 minutes. Woman next to me says that she has been waiting for 35 minutes and then some. My brothers food (who we came to this location for) was not even hot. Place is ridiculous. Read moreI went through the drive through during lunch last week. When I got to the second window to pay, they had the wrong order up on the screen. The first young lady called out 2 or 3 different orders. Before she finally figured out which one was mine. Then someone who was a shift leader or a manager came to try and help. I presented my phone app to redeem some points. It clearly gave me an option to redeem at the restaurant which I chose. The second lady who came to assist was extremely rude and insisted that I must have accidentally placed my order online. Because it wasn't working. Like what! I literally just placed in order at your speaker in the drive through. This app is already reflective of having deducted the points for my order. She actually said she didn't know what to tell me... Absolutely no customer service respect whatsoever. I wound up having to leave my order in the drive through and go...
