Updated review: The manager herself made me a pretzel crust pizza with extra cheese (for free!) I don't expect their pizza to be amazing, it's little caesars. It's cheap hot and ready and that's why I buy it. But the fact that they provided good customer service and resolved my issue means a lot to me as a customer. And thus I've changed my rating.
Old review: I've always gone to this location when living here, and I've always ordered pretzel crust without the pepperoni on it. I'm fine with paying the same price. I've also done it in Georgia. This time we ordered over the phone to save some time. They gave us pretzel crust with pepperoni. I've worked food service and retail, I understand there are rules. However I've always ordered it this way, and I'm a vegetarian. Some folks also can't have meat for religious purposes. When asked if we could get it without the pepperoni, the boy at the register said "can't you just take the pepperoni off?"... I wouldn't even say that sort of thing to a "karen". This was for my birthday and that was incredibly hurtful of him to say. Someone who can't have meat for religious reasons also can't have the meat touch their food. I understand if the company has told them specifically they can't just make one without pepperoni. But if that's the case then I would like to be informed of that so that I know not to order little caesars anymore and just get dominos. And we were not informed of any such thing over the phone. They said over the phone they could make it, and then at the store told us they couldn't. Going to 6th avenue...
Read moreFood was great! Service, not so much. From the drive thru I ordered and paid for Extra most best pepperoni Extra most best cheese Order of cheesy bread I was told they had the pizza's but were holding them to wait for cheesy bread that was in the oven and it would be out in 8 minutes and was asked to pull around and wait. 10 minutes or so went by pulled back in the drive thru and was told the cheesy bread was just now going in. So ill pull back around to the parking area and waited. Shortly one of the employees came out with the cheesy bread and sauce, no pizza. I informed him that I had 2 pizza's as well as the bread. Now he goes back in and I see him behind the counter from the parking lot and I could tell it wasn't good. It seems that someone took them to fill an online order because they have to fill those first. So to avoid anymore confusion for these children, I just waited. This might be a deal breaker for me and Little Ceasars. That's twice I've had problems here. What happened, this used to be the best store in Decatur. Now I'll go to another location or not eat Little Ceasars again all together. Nice going...
Read moreThis location continues to go downhill. The classic hot n ready pepperoni is never ready. Restaurant only keeps extra most bestest ready at the higher price. The quality is very inconsistent. One day thick fluffy crust, then thin crunchy crust. No crust, lots of crust, big giant air bubbles, lots of pepperoni, not much pepperoni. You just never know what your going to get. This location has just become a let down. No pizzas at all available today when I went through. Nothing was available. Staff was pulling customers into the parking lot to wait on their food. With the costs of their pizza continuing to rise, the only they have going for them competitively is convenience of being ready. Large 3 toppings pizza at dominos is the same price as a smaller 1 topping pizza at little Caesars. Without the convenience of having food ready for a quick pickup, just shut your doors. You can't compete with other chains. One thing Little Caesars has always had going for it was a cheap $5 pizza and it was ready. You don't have that anymore. Subpar pizza that you have to wait on at the same price as...
