The atmosphere is something that personally, i have PTSD an hyper anxiety so my reviews for inside restaurants are Solo based off how it is when i encounter other patrons i can trust the employees not the other customers, most time the workers are excellent always look at me directly as well as continue glancing behind my back at anyone that might be behind me which gives me a safe feeling when i am inside it lets me know that i can trust if anything was to happen i would be informed immediately by a employee an instruction would be given on safely redirecting, patrons on the other hand tend to always stare with mouths full of food as if the register is a side show of entertainment even though it's not, yet leave me feeling exposed an vulnerable which i can only imagine how it makes others with disabilities mental n physical feel, it would be better if maybe the register area were set up kind of like a voting booth, allow small mountable side walls on both sides of the register so that all customers can feel welcomed an calm while trying to order food without the feeling of being judged, it's just a shame , those of us who want the inside joyful experience but typically forced to use the drive thru an then park in the parking lot just to eat peacefully at a place other than our...
Read moreOk ok ok. I kept away from Chick-fil-A for 2 reasons: 1) price and 2) the ominous view of every Chick-fil-A line in every town. I know. I know. It's so good! It is! The food is so good and one day, my department decided we needed to make a huge order to celebrate us because we had been working so hard. I volunteered to brave that long line because I needed the head space to sing at the top of my lungs to some great music within my heated car. I pull into the line and that's when I see it. I had only heard about it until that day. I couldn't see the forest for all the trees until I stopped focusing on all the trees, I mean, cars, and I was not in line for 15 minutes from giving my name for the pickup to the precious, "thank you for all that you do to make sure our community is taken care of!" from the lady handing me my order. I should be thanking all of them but they were being so kind to me! Our food was fresh, fries and chicken tenders were still hot when I got to the hospital! This visit changed my view of every future Chick-fil-A visit. Kind, courteous, helpful, prompt, and as every person I've ever heard says it before me, fantastic customer service. Bravo, Beltline Chick-fil-A! Christian values shine in those...
Read moreUsually I don't rate corporate stores anything above a three stars out of five but Chick-fil-A is something that's a bit different than everyone else they've decided to do things a little differently not a lot differently but a little bit differently and in doing so they've set themselves apart it's very hard to get a corporate store to get above three stars but to be real honest with you they deserve four bordering on five they're atmosphere is amazing their food is absolutely incredible the people there that they hire are young people that are on the way up into something better it's obvious to me that they're step above all these other fast food restaurants mind you that being picky about whom you hire because they represent your company is super important along with the fact that you're not open on Sundays which in this country is freedom of religion I am so proud to see them exercising that while my religious preferences do not come into play on this I applaud them for their stand apart type attitude and exercising their constitutional rights thank you Chick-fil-A you are A step above and for this four out of five four and a half out of...
