Subway — Restaurant in Decatur

Respectfully, I’ve been patronizing this restaurant for years . I have had good experiences in the past with the food and employees but lately it’s been this same lady who is just not fit for her job serving the public. I’m not sure her name but she is a middle aged lady(40-50’s) , skinny, dirty blonde hair that is clipped up, she usually has on knee /low thigh shorts with her subway uniform. She is not up to par with her customer service skills, she openly bashes customers for ordering certain things on their sandwiches. Her remarks , her little chuckle, her face expressions are not needed when serving a paying customer . I’m not understanding how it hurts or concerns her what I am ordering on my sandwich if I’m using MY HARD EARNED MONEY to pay for it . I know I may be “blowing it out of proportion “ but this has really affected me negatively to the point where I got emotional. I already suffer with “social anxiety and depression “ her remarks were not needed and for this I will protect my peace and just will not patronize this location anymore . I have no respect for people who are ugly to people just because of their preferences. She embarrassed me in front of my husband and other customers . I hope she continues to have the day that she DESERVES. A friendly reminder that it costs $0.00...

Short white woman with black hair unprofessional attitude, her phone call she wanted to make was more important than I the customer who had a question that a new employee couldn't resolve so he nicely an nervously asked her to assist me... her response? He was inconvenienceing her by asking, I wasn't as important as that personal phone call she wanted to make, the other employees both who were new wasn't important to her either, I was asking for help with the app an she very rudely an loudly proclaimed how she has nothing to do with the app that it's a Corporation thing n so she wasn't going to try and help, that she had something else shes trying to do! Trina was the rudest, un-professional person in the restaurant. She was talking badly about me to co-workers loudly and in front of the customers. Though I didn't know she was speaking about me until I asked her when she walked up to the register. "Were you talking about me?" She replied yes. I said, "First of all, I don't come in here every day, nor do I order wraps every time I come. As a matter of fact, I have never ordered a wrap from Subway. I normally order the protein bowls, so get your facts right." She sarcastically replied that she was sorry and she had me confused with someone else. I told her she did. Also, everyone in the restaurant does not want to hear her on the company phone talking about her child getting ISS, and the school keeps calling. All of this is a bit ratchet. It was the worst experience that I have ever had at a SUBWAY yesterday period. I felt so embarrassed and to think I spent my hard earned money in this establishment to be ridiculed...
