Their seating is not as good as they have at Madison, Cineplanet 15. It's okay though. It has a smell of old wet carpet. They really should consider taking their high dollar food prices and using it to change out the carpet. The seating, smell and price of concessions is why I took off 2 stars. The move was fine. The bathroom was DISGUSTING, which is why I took off another star. It has something on and in each stall and toilet and it smelled awful when I walked in there. They really need someone who, that's their only job ...clean bathrooms well. Their pricing for the movie and the concessions are not worth the downgraded seats and lack of cleanliness. The guy came behind us sweeping up trash ...there was nobody behind us or even close...and we got nothing and so the trash was before we even got there, but I guess that can be accidentally missed and honestly if the smell wasn't so damp and stinky smelling, I'd not take anything off. They need to invest in an ozone machine and learn how to safely use it some weekday when they have no customers and can air the place out afterwards. It would really help the smell. Then hire a worker to keep them bathrooms cleaned. Let them almost live in that bathroom. Oh ..also the dispenser for paper towels ...you take the bar that goes across the front and push it down to get them out ..you have to push that bar way too many times ..it acts like the wheel is worn out and won't catch the paper towel too easily. They either need to replace that or fix the current one. It's like a business, that was great when they first opened....but they don't keep up with the upkeep of the place. Get some vinyl planks if you can't keep the carpet fresh smelling. It's got traction and it can be swept and mopped. It also doesn't hold odors. Invest in cleaning them seats if you aren't willing to invest in new recliners. The owners need to try out the place I spoke of and take...
Read moreI excitedly woke my four kids up (late) one very special summer morning. Their ages range from 5-10. I urged them to start getting ready for an adventure! With their lack of faith in my spontaneous side, they all doubted me, I could tell. So when each of my kids ended up asking me what kind of “adventure” it would be “this time,” I eagerly whispered to each one of my children, different clues about the “new movie” that just had come out that day, “The Incredibles 2.” Afterwards, I encouraged them to share ideas, listen to each other, and finally research when and where they wanted to go (after I knew they suspected I was, in fact, offering to take them to see The Incredibles 2 movie/that it was out.) - We went to the first 3D showing To be honest... it doesn’t take much to make my kids happy when they are already getting to watch their favorite Supers. However, I sold them on this theater because I wanted them to have this experience. I remember how nice this theater is. I also told my kids that if they were wanting to try the 3d experience, it was going to be unlike anything they’ve ever seen before!!!! And trust me, it did NOT disappoint!!!! Let me also mention... the way the staff treats all people, including children..... they CARE. My children and I felt truly appreciated and valued. I really believe my kids will be talking about “That 3d movie” for the rest of their lives. My kids could not have been more impressed. But it started with hospitality. So thankful for...
Read moreI used to really love this place but unfortunately it seems it has extremely gone down hill. As a single mom of 4 we came here to try to attempt to have a good night and juggling with 4 kiddos I had lost one of my very important belongings in the auditorium and they showed very little to no interest or concern in helping me find what I had lost during a movie I paid fully for. Would not let me go inside the auditorium to check to see if I had dropped it and left it behind and was treating me as if I'm some sort of thief who would try to sneak in for a free movie after I clearly already spent $60 on the movie we had just watched. They told me they would later call me to let me know if they found what I had lost (even said if they didn't ever find it, they would still call me to let me know either way) I did not ever receive a phone call from an employee or Manager. Luckily a man who doesn't work for the establishment found my lost item (that had my address on it) and brought it to my home. Thankful for the man who returned it home. But the way I was treated here, I will be going to a different movie theater from now on. Learn how to treat people right. Especially the people you consider "your most valued guests and customers." As I was not treated...
