This furniture store has a lot of different items for the home with good prices n also some toys n I enjoy the items I have purchased not only from this location but I started in the Hartselle store abt 5 years bk before the Decatur store opened then the manager from the Hartselle store moved to Moulton so I followed her there n purchased there until I walked into the Decatur store n found a front load washer marked half price due to it being in the store for a certain amount of time so I was needing a washer n since I could only get the washer at this price from the Decatur store I decided to go with the purchase there and the folks there at this location has been so nice and also I love Ms Theresa Cottingham she is always very helpful the only thing is for some reason they said they couldn’t finance the last item I was wanting to add n made me so sad cuz the whole time for past 5 years I’ve always had good credit n paid my account on time I had maybe 3 payments that went over 30 days once but I always pay my payment within the month it’s due but they said they had to lower my credit limit so now I’m over my credit limit with them n not able to get anything for quite sometime which is upsetting cuz I’ve always paid my account when I told them I was gonna n had just a few late payments so I’m not sure why they took my credit limit down since I’ve been along time customer n has never failed to pay my account so this is very upsetting to me cuz I’ve not been over 30 days late only a few times and that’s been a few years bk so why would you wanna lose a good paying customer cuz I also have an account with another furniture company that I will be buying from now since I wasn’t an important customer to Farmers becuz they deducted my limit - just so sad cuz I’d rather buy from Farmers cuz they have better prices on most of their items n if the item I was wanting but guess I just ain’t a good customer to them since they wouldn’t let me purchase the item n deducted my limit but they did say I could put it on layaway but who wants to put something on layaway n have to wait on getting the item for a few months- just makes me very saddened n disappointed but I still continue to make my payments within the month they are due so my account is never past due with them.. Just don’t understand why since I’ve been with the company so many years n always made sure I paid my account when I told them I could… Guess My Account with Them Doesn’t...

This is a very friendly environment with some very helpful employees. They are great with their point and they are people to. They are trained great to be friendly helpful sellers. The application for finance is quick and they allow financing for people who have no credit. This company believes in helping people build their credit and they will work with you if something comes up and you can’t get a payment right away. Danielle is the manager I met with today and she was very helpful In the process. I enjoyed my visit and even bought a mattress set. I would definitely recommend this store for first time buyers with little to no credit. You can get approved for many things. And I would also recommend it for those with Good credit Because you can buy some of those bigger ticket items like couches and lawnmowers. I kept getting these flyers in the mail and I was ready to redecorate my bedroom so I decided to finally go to this store and when I walked in it was a way better atmosphere then when I walk into the other types of furniture stores, I didn’t have someone breathing down my neck, telling me about every piece in the store, trying to sell me on pieces of furniture that I did not need at all. I was able to walk around freely and explore everything the way I wanted to explore. The salesman and Manager were both super nice and very pleasant to talk to when all was said and done, and I got what I went in there to get and it was delivered within a week, the delivery men arrived right when they said they would arrive and they put everything together in a short amount of time and they were super nice as well.
