I've been coming here for a while now and the experience is pretty consistent. I ask for one burger with no pickle and mustard and one with everything on it and they always get that right. In the past I've had to fight with other McDonalds for them to get that right, but not this one. The food is always good which is why I always come back. They also always arrange their chicken nuggets neatly in the box. Such a small meaningless detail but for some reason I still appreciate it.
However, I highly recommend that you do not go inside to order or pick up food. Instead use the app to set up a curbside pickup or use the drive-through for best results with their service. You can also get that 20% off for all app orders which is even more incentive to not order inside.
I've only done this a couple times, but whenever I go inside there's nobody at the front desk. I had an experience where I used the app to set up a pickup order inside. I went in and grabbed my order from the pickup desk. They forgot my drink so I spent 5-10 minutes at the front desk waiting to be helped. Nobody came so I had to stop someone as they were walking by. They hand me a cup and I go to fill it with sweet tea, but they are out, so I spent another 5-10 minutes trying to get someone else's attention again because nobody came to help me at the desk. It just felt like everyone was focused on drive through and curbside dropoffs and there was 0 priority around helping people...
Read moreSo I went through the drive thru and ordered the bkfst burrito meal with large unsweetened tea. I confirmed it was an unsweetened tea when they handed it to me. Started on wY home and yep...was a sweet tea! Went back and went in to get it rectified. Young female Mgr ignored me at first, then came over to see what I needed. I explained the situation very nicely. She proceeded to grab another cup and just handed it to me. No apology for the inconvenience or anything! I filled yhe glass up with unsweetened tea and left but felt like this was handled very poorly. I didn't want anything extra, just a sincere apology and my unsweetened tea. 1 out of 2 is better than nothing but with that kind of customer service I am dure this will happen again and again! Mistakes happen but they don't even try to make it right and address the problem with the service...
Read moreThe food is fine generally, but I have had multiple issues with the staff not answering me at the drive-thru which is quite strange. Once they took 3 orders at the dual-window before they took mine. I am not sure if they have problems with the speakers or if it is there service. Also, I went there before midnight one evening and sat in the drive thru for a long time, pulled around to the window, finally went inside (where it was fully lighted up and the door was unlocked) only to be told they had new hours that differed from those clearly posted on the door. They still haven't changed the posted hours outside the building, and this was over a month ago.
