If you're in Atlanta and haven't tried the Sababba Burger Joint yet, you're missing out on a culinary gem that redefines the kosher dining experience. This place is not just a restaurant; it's a vibe! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for an unforgettable meal. The interior is stylish and modern, with just the right amount of coziness to make you feel at home. The staff? Absolutely delightful! They are friendly, attentive, and make you feel like a valued guest from start to finish. Now, let's talk about the food. Sababba offers a unique twist on the classic burger, with options that cater to both meat lovers and vegans & even has gluten free options! Their kosher burgers are juicy and flavorful, perfectly complemented by their vegan kosher cheese that melts in your mouth. And for those who are dairy-free, the dairy-free ice cream and milkshakes with kosher sprinkles are a must-try. It's a rare find to have such a variety of delicious options that adhere to kosher dietary laws, and Sababba nails it. The fries are a revelation—crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned to perfection. You can taste the freshness in every bite, and it's clear that quality ingredients are a priority here. Overall, Sababba Burger is a standout in the Atlanta dining scene. Whether you're kosher or not, this is a spot that promises a delightful dining experience. The combination of innovative menu options, stellar service, DRAFT BEER and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a must-visit. Kudos to the team for creating such a fantastic place—I'll definitely be back for more!

I enjoyed the experience going into this new restaurant located down the street from my home. The place I was originally going in the plaza was closed so I decided to try out Sababa’s. I was greeted and welcomed in, explained their daily menus, and helped order my meal. I got chicken tenders, a basket of fries, 6 wings, a strawberry milkshake, and sprite. The chicken tenders were definitely frozen before serving and not served with any sauce. The fries were good. The chicken wings however are when things went SOUTH. I bit into the chicken… thankfully already cautious and a pool of chicken blood and juices flowed into my month. I instantly spit the bite back out and quickly rinsed my mouth. I stood there for a sec in disbelief before calling the store back. It was after their hours of operation so first call they did not answer. However the second time they picked up and this is where things got EVEN WORSE. I tell the guy that my chicken was undercooked and he proceeds to tell me “that’s how it’s supposed to be” he continues that “I had a conversation with the chef about the pink and red in the chicken he said it’s normal because it’s “REAL CHICKEN” WHAT DOES THAT MEAN!? I asked him health department would agree and he doubled down. This is what prompts me to leave this review. Had that worker been honest that no chicken should have blood coming from it and given a refund, credit, or even asked what I would like to remedy the situation this would not be done. Anyway the place was far too expensive. 6 wings for $9?? It’s a mediocre burger place with no special menu or anything. The items were very basic. Will not be returning.

I saw the mixture of five and one star reviews so I wanted to visit and see what it was like for myself, and I have to say my experience was awesome! The food came out fresh and I had my full order at my table in less than 10 minutes. I think I just had the best onion rings of my entire life. The burger tasted exactly how I wanted it to and the fries were on point. They even went out of their way to accommodate my food allergies. I am a bit of a tea fanatic so I had to try the sweet tea to see how it was. I have to say that their sweet tea had a really nice flavor to it. Just a touch of rosewater- LOVED it! The only restaurant in the area that does this is about a 30 minute drive from Sababa’s and his off of Johnson’s ferry Road. So it’s nice to have a place closer with the tea I like. There is a lot of detail and love that went into this restaurant. All you have to do is look around at the hand-painted murals to the way they greet you so warmly when you enter. The owner came up to my table and even sat down and talked to me for a bit. Very nice guy! I can’t recommend Sababa’s enough. Seriously, eat there!

I’m usually not the one to write bad reviews about employees because I know what it’s like to be an employee working in fast food, but Divya was extremely rude. I kindly asked for the grilled sandwich toppings but I just wanted the chicken fried. After making that request I asked if my chicken can be well done due to the fact that I have a sensitive stomach. She gave me a rude irritated look then told me the chicken is already well done. I nicely replied saying “oh ok well can you maybe cook it a little longer then please” she then didn’t respond, so I assumed she made my order well done. (Which she did) After waiting for my order she then gave me a grilled sandwich with the incorrect toppings, I just simply assumed it was a simple misunderstanding. So I kindly walked up to her and explained what I actually wanted, In hopes that she would be understanding and maybe give me a sandwich that matched my request. She then argued me down about how I worded my order incorrectly, and how I should’ve said it differently. I tried to be understanding, but it’s really hard to be understanding towards someone who is constantly arguing with you about a simple request you made. I no longer wanted a different sandwich and instead I just wanted a refund. When I asked for a refund it took her about 20 minutes before she told me it was done, I doubt I’ll actually get the refund though because she seemed to not know how to issue it. She also argued with me about the last four digits of my card which didn’t add up to the card that I use. When I explained to her that my card number was different than what she was telling me, she seemed to get more and more Irritated and continued to tell me that the card number I was giving her was wrong, even though I was correct. I then gave up and told her to just return it to whatever card she feels is right. I assumed maybe she was just having a bad day, but you should never take that out on customers who are being nice to you. UPDATE, I never...

On Monday evening, after doing a little shopping in the plaza, I wanted to grab dinner before heading home. I saw that there was a nice crowd inside Sababa’s, so I figured, crowd = food must be pretty good. Lol. I’m a lover of smash burgers, and I was glad they offered them. I was also surprised to learn that the restaurant was Jewish-owned, hence the majority of the families dining inside were Jewish and celebrating a birthday. The employee taking my order explained that I was in an area with a large Jewish community. I shared with him that, as a New Yorker, it’s common back home to experience kosher restaurants, etc., but in Atlanta, it’s pretty hard to find. So, knowing the food is kosher, I knew I would be receiving quality and meeting certain requirements. The manager threw in free fries for me since it was my first time there. 🙂 Which was awesome customer service. Thanks, Roffee (like coffee, lol), the burger came with vegan cheese, which was pretty good! I asked for a Kaiser roll, and it came in wheat form, but super soft. They gave me this special sauce on the side, which Roffee said is their rendition of Cane’s sauce. I had never had Raising Cane’s, so I couldn’t compare. But Sababa’s special sauce was delicious. The fries were tasty too, with the sauce. You have to dip the fries in the sauce, lol! The price for just the burger is $13/14, kinda expensive; however, it’s quality and made to order. So, keep that in mind. Will I try it again? Yes, the burger only, just because I’m not big on fries. I couldn’t finish them all, and I dislike wasting food. So, the burger would be just fine, and I’ll probably grab a shake the next visit. Thanks for the great...
