I’m usually not the one to write bad reviews about employees because I know what it’s like to be an employee working in fast food, but Divya was extremely rude. I kindly asked for the grilled sandwich toppings but I just wanted the chicken fried. After making that request I asked if my chicken can be well done due to the fact that I have a sensitive stomach. She gave me a rude irritated look then told me the chicken is already well done. I nicely replied saying “oh ok well can you maybe cook it a little longer then please” she then didn’t respond, so I assumed she made my order well done. (Which she did) After waiting for my order she then gave me a grilled sandwich with the incorrect toppings, I just simply assumed it was a simple misunderstanding. So I kindly walked up to her and explained what I actually wanted, In hopes that she would be understanding and maybe give me a sandwich that matched my request. She then argued me down about how I worded my order incorrectly, and how I should’ve said it differently. I tried to be understanding, but it’s really hard to be understanding towards someone who is constantly arguing with you about a simple request you made. I no longer wanted a different sandwich and instead I just wanted a refund. When I asked for a refund it took her about 20 minutes before she told me it was done, I doubt I’ll actually get the refund though because she seemed to not know how to issue it. She also argued with me about the last four digits of my card which didn’t add up to the card that I use. When I explained to her that my card number was different than what she was telling me, she seemed to get more and more Irritated and continued to tell me that the card number I was giving her was wrong, even though I was correct. I then gave up and told her to just return it to whatever card she feels is right. I assumed maybe she was just having a bad day, but you should never take that out on customers who are being nice to you. UPDATE, I never...

Read moreOn Monday evening, after doing a little shopping in the plaza, I wanted to grab dinner before heading home. I saw that there was a nice crowd inside Sababa’s, so I figured, crowd = food must be pretty good. Lol. I’m a lover of smash burgers, and I was glad they offered them. I was also surprised to learn that the restaurant was Jewish-owned, hence the majority of the families dining inside were Jewish and celebrating a birthday. The employee taking my order explained that I was in an area with a large Jewish community. I shared with him that, as a New Yorker, it’s common back home to experience kosher restaurants, etc., but in Atlanta, it’s pretty hard to find. So, knowing the food is kosher, I knew I would be receiving quality and meeting certain requirements. The manager threw in free fries for me since it was my first time there. 🙂 Which was awesome customer service. Thanks, Roffee (like coffee, lol), the burger came with vegan cheese, which was pretty good! I asked for a Kaiser roll, and it came in wheat form, but super soft. They gave me this special sauce on the side, which Roffee said is their rendition of Cane’s sauce. I had never had Raising Cane’s, so I couldn’t compare. But Sababa’s special sauce was delicious. The fries were tasty too, with the sauce. You have to dip the fries in the sauce, lol! The price for just the burger is $13/14, kinda expensive; however, it’s quality and made to order. So, keep that in mind. Will I try it again? Yes, the burger only, just because I’m not big on fries. I couldn’t finish them all, and I dislike wasting food. So, the burger would be just fine, and I’ll probably grab a shake the next visit. Thanks for the great...
