I would have given them more stars, but the way we were treated there by the so called manager from the weekend shift was AWEFULL!!! I have taken my children to this place or a Chuck e Cheese establishment since they were very young and all of them are grown now except my 10yr old daughter. I've planned parties, and I've did walk in parties and never had a problem till last night, "2/27/2021". I had a large group of more then 25 people whom all was ordering off the menu. I found one of the long tables where no one had booked a table and sat down there with my group who was coming in... at least 15 people had already come in when the very young girl who said she was a manager came and told us we couldn't sit there! I ask her if the table had been reserved, she said no... I am her if I could go to the front and pay for it to have our group sit there. She told me NO that we had to reserve it 24hrsv in advance. I all again was that one reserved for the night and she again told me no but wouldn't let me go pay to use it! To me this is VERY BAD PR!!! I could have understood if the tables was expected to be used, but they weren't!!! So already having our guest there, we had to find booths and had to ask for them to be cleaned just to be able to put my daughters guests close to each other.... This was handled very poorly because I've never been treated this way at a Chuck e Chees e Cheese establishment before! I will tell EVERYONE I know about this treatment of a 10yr old little girl and family for her birthday party! I wasn't able to book in advance because I just buried my 32yr old son whom had been to this establishment when he was young and I've been going through alot!!! But this Young girl who said she was the manager didn't seem to have any compassion. Maybe you need to check who you hire for their PR!!! Thanks for trying to ruin my daughters birthday. ...

DO NOT GO HERE!! YOUR KIDS WONT BE SAFE!!! Went here for a birthday party. The host told me that they were so disorganized that she had to tell them what to do. I decided to order food. I told the lady "I just want the boneless wings and fries" and she rung me up for the appetizer. I didnt order that so i never read what it came with. I also asked for the sauce on the side and an extra sauce cup. She said i cant have extra sauce (im paying $20 for cheap food, wym????). She gives me my buzzer at 2:24. After playing with my child, I look at the time and it's 3:20!!!! Almost 40 mins and my buzzer STILL hasn't gone off. So i go look and don't see what i ordered then ask the guy (after waiting in line) where my food was. He walks off then comes back and says it's already up. Maybe I missed it so i look again. Nope. So i flag down a manager and tell her "hey I ordered boneless and wings and it's not over there" she walks over, picks up the appetizer plate that has boneless, fries, and cheesy bread and tells me its mine. I said no I told the lady all i wanted was boneless and fries. Idk what that is. So then she brings me to the front to pay $2 MORE???? OK. WHATEVER. Then I continued on my way and played with my child until my new order came out. When it did, the nuggets were over cooked and burnt and the fries were UNDER cooked. The final straw for me was when I was able to just walk out with my child (luckily it was me) and nobody scanned us or nothing. I wont be back because not only was the customer service shyte for such expensive, cheap food, but apparently anybody can walk out with my...

Sorry, maybe alittle long winded on this one. The food and games were awesome as always. The girl running the front was not customer friendly in the least. By the time we got our pizza (1 large) our 30 min play time cards. (x2, I had both my kids with me) the total was alittle shy of $90. Ok, I didn't like the price, but the kids wanted to go and it's a tradition or sorts for us to go one day on their spring break. Anyway, on the chucky cheese app I had a reward for a "free" 15 min game card. I went up to the front and asked to redeem it. The girl told me it would be $1 for the card. I told her I just spent almost $100 dollars just a few minutes ago, I don't want to run my card for just $1, so She asked if I could get one of my kids cards and she could just load the time on it. So when I got back to the front with my card, she told me it would be $1.08 to reload the card. Needless to say, I gave the card back to my kid and stayed away from the front. When my son went to cash out his points for a toy (he had 275 points) he picked out one that was 250 the girl gave it to him and said thats it you have no more points. Of course I said something and she said Oh yeah 😔. I said all of that to say we'll go back, the kids have too much fun there not to. However, I'll get them lunch before and I'll check and see who's behind the counter...

Although a little further drive from Huntsville, this 2nd Chuck E. Cheese in the area is fairly new with brand new video games, conveniently located in the Decatur mall. If you haven't been to one in a while or at all, they actually have good pizza now with plenty of garlic butter on the crust. My daughter reserved a birthday party for her youngest at this location but it somehow changed to the main Huntsville location, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating and modified the reservation to this Chuck E. Cheese. They are very generous with birthday parties for the young children and they all had a blast playing games and dancing with Chuck-E. It's nice to see places do away with the nass of physical paper tickets and have an arm band /card that you swipe to play video games for 2 hours... and the tickets are stored on the card to redeem for presents at the prize counter. The kids got balloons and Chuck E Cheese cups to take home as well. 3 games take pics of the kids that they can take home as souvenirs. Kids and family members are arm-stamped at the door for security.

The pizza was great and the staff was very courteous. You can actually pause the play cards which was a function I wish was more clear. If I knew this I would give 5 stars, because it wasnt written in one overhead sign only (please make more visible) this is a neat option because we were rushing to use up our time and our pizza got cold lol!! Our fault and lesson learned so we had no complaints. I love not having to lug those nasty coins around anymore, whomever came up with the playpass needs a fat raise just from sanitary reasons alone haha!! Overall great experience for our 5 mo. olds first trip to CC. 4G Landscapes

Had a Birthday party there yesterday and was not as pleased with the overall experience as I’d hoped. Nothing personal, but the girl working our party was not prepared to properly take care of our group and see that we got what our package included. I had to ask for the same items a few times before we actually got what we were paying for. Very unorganized and chaotic! BUT Birthday boy had a blast and that’s what matters. Just think they could make it a better experience for the costs and have more knowledgeable employees.
