Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Decatur

Today I am over Zaxby's. We want to earn the points to get the rewards but then by the time you place your order online it took me 3 minutes to get there the food is old my tenders are old I bought a wings and things or your fries are disgusting I'm so tired of trying to get points it is more decent to deal with walking in their placing an order standing there checking your order and then leaving it's not fair that it is so high and the quality of food at any given time is garbage. Please enforce a timer on the chicken tenders please enforce a timer on the price it cost too much to support your restaurant and get food not hot out of the grease how hard is it to drop a few tenders hot in the grease and place them on a plate customers don't deserve this. What you do is order a mobile order and then within 3 minutes is out there in the lobby on a shelf I did check my chatterbaits but before I could drive those same 3 minutes home my tender is hard enough to throw it against the wall and it bounced back at me. And today is enough. You try the mobile order and go pick it up and you see if it's worth it hell with the points...

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Zaxby's. Last night, I went there for dinner, looking forward to enjoying a 10-piece tender meal. However, as I was eating, I realized that my food was raw. This was not only unappetizing but also a serious health concern. I immediately called the restaurant to inform them of the issue. They apologized and offered to replace my meal, so I went back to pick up the replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement meal was just as bad. After eating it, I felt extremely sick and ended up throwing up. This entire ordeal was unacceptable and left me feeling very frustrated and unwell. I had hoped for a simple, enjoyable meal, but instead, I had a terrible experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone. Given this incident, I won't be returning to Zaxby's, and I strongly advise others to be cautious if they consider dining here. The lack of quality control and the health risks associated with raw food are serious issues that need to be addressed. This experience has left a very negative impression on me, and I hope the restaurant takes steps to ensure this doesn't happen to...

I love zaxbys food but it's sad when you go to a location and approach the counter, wait about 2 minutes before anyone notices me, including manager and the girl literally walks up and rolls her eyes like she had "work" to do and turns her hat around backwards before saying obnoxiously "dine in or carry out?". she had a hard time taking my order and money due to a conversation about her school day with a co-worker, I then had to listen to what sounded like a kindergarten classroom of loud children. Best part is the manager is on her phone and in the kitchen. Got sauces wrong with wings and fingers, no season on fries, white cheddar bites were burnt, sauce for ched. Bites was bbq not maranera. I'd say the only things right were my drink and sauce packets. This store needs to be completely cleaned out or this poor city...
