Starbucks — Restaurant in Deer Park

Employees here were very nice and peppy. Just the way you would expect. My issue was with another customer who, I guess the employees told him he had his own personal chair, which either me or my wife was sitting in. We did not know and this zz top lookin wanna be biker dude slams his thermos down on the small table between where we and this other older lady were sitting. The was an empty chair of the four we were occupying. So I didn't think much of it. Maybe the guy was tired from walking from his bike to the door. So he slammed his mug down so he could go order.. on that note, who takes the personal thermos to Starbucks anyway? Anyway he then proceeded to the counter to ask why the chairs are re arranged to which the barista answered they moved the chairs to better seat the guests and apologised for the inconvenience... that much I heard. Then as I was trying to talk to my wife who was sitting across from me, this guy sits down in the chair next to her as if he was making a point to show his anger. But just before he sat down, he made it a point to snatch up his thermos and in its place he slammed down a stack of napkins. Like a 3 year old throwing a fit. I was trying to ignore this and just continue my conversation as this guy was breathing heavily... whether it was in anger or heart disease idk. He was for sure giving off bad vibes and being very distracting. Luckily at this point they called our drinks out and we got up and left. As we were walking out, this guy goes out the other door and walks out on the sidewalk as if to make sure we left. This kinda irked me because we were the before he even got there. I didn't wanna say anything because my wife was pregnant and in fact we were only at starbucks to kill time because we got to our doctors appt early. I just try to keep telling myself this guy just needs a hug or something. Were we out of place there? Or was he? All of his actions made us feel unwelcome. But none of this was the fault of the actual starbucks. So idk, I wouldn't go here again. But not because of the service. The...

I wasn't sure if to give 1 star or 5. I did a mobile order and when I went ti pick up there was 2 women sitting near order pick up and they had my order on the table right next to them. They grabbed it from order pick up and took it and placed in on a table next to them! One woman looked right at me and took a sip from MY order! I asked her if that was mine and she says "yes I'm sorry" I asked if she just took a sip and she once again says "yes I'm sorry". That's where I give 1 star. Because of how easily someone can grab an order that isn't theirs. She put on her sunglasses so she's not recognized. Coward. The 5 star is for the employees! I told them what happened and they made me new drinks and gave me new desserts because I wasn't going to trust it after that woman grabbed my order and took it to her table. The very nice employees very quickly remade my order and packed new desserts for me. And the woman employee that asked the other woman to leave, thank you! I have been coming to this Starbucks for the past 2/3 years and used to have the best customer service. The regular Starbucks Drive through girls are the sweetest. Felicity and I cant for the life of me remember the other girls name(shorter) they are usually super sweet. When its the other girls I dont get the customer service I did when the other manager I believe his name was Conner was there. I go almost every m-f and I know what my drink tastes like. I was told your order seems to be wrong lately. Well, yes my Nitro was room temperature for one(its supposed to be cold) & my coffee tastes off. I know they get busy and I myself work in customer service and I am pretty patient and respectful. I am dissapointed at the way it was said. It is not a cheap drink. And I go there almost daily. So if my coffee is not the same, Im going to call about it. This place used to have the worst customer service a few years ago, then was good when I believe Conner took over, it's back to...
