Taco Bell - Live Más Café — Restaurant in Deer Park

If I could I would give this place no stars. There’s Been so many times were they got my order wrong and I had to drive all the way back and waste my time and money to get my order correct. I’ve been coming to this taco even before it’s remodel and it was so bad before but after their remodel they were doing good..for awhile. This place is seriously going down hill, this last time I order my food the cashier was way to distracted with her friends and messed up one of my order and the shift in charge who is named Greg (from what I got from asking) didn’t seem like he wanted to be there and gave off an uncomfortable vibe. So my order was a bean cheese burrito and fries with no sour cream and I checked the burrito and they didn’t add extra cheese so they check it and basically just wrapped it back because they literally just looked at it and didn’t care. Probably one of the worst Taco Bell stores in existence. They have never gotten an order correct. We moved to Deer Park in March and have tried to eat here 3 times. Tonight is the last. They left two items out of our order, I was given the wrong taco. The employees there don't know the menu and don't care enough to learn it. I get that it's not a great job, but I paid for $12 worth of food I didn't get. What I did get was missing cheese and looked like they threw it at the wrapping and wadded it up in a ball. The last time they took $5 of my money. I bet the employees are finding a way to cheat the system and pocket the money from the items they didn't give me. Came here in the early AM’s and the one girl with curly hair who was taking orders and working the window/handing us the food was clearly high out of her mind off of something and wasn’t being subtle about it. Laughing very loudly and goofing off over the speaker and she left the window open while we waited for our food therefore we could hear the entirety of their shenanigans. Clearly highly intoxicated off of something as this didn’t seem like a little weed buzz.. I’m not sure if she was the only one or if it was the rest of them too. Very, very unprofessional.. Idc what people decide to do with their lives honestly but there is definitely a proper time and place.. Work is not one of those times...
