I am a resident and do use this library from time to time and have never had a bad experience until today 1/29/25. I went in to make a copy it is not a simple process if you are not familiar with their equipment. I went to one of the ladies working at the information/help desk and asked if there was another copier since someone was using it. I also asked if she could make the copy for me or show me what to do. Her answers and attitude were snarky and short. While waiting I decided it would be better to come back later and find someone else to help me. After about an hour I went back and went to the other lady wearing a black mask working at the same information/help desk . She helped me and was very kind as well as helpful. She is the kind of employee that the City should be proud to have. The snarky employee with an attitude needs to be working somewhere else. The library was full of people needing a place to recharge , charge devices, be in the a/c, be to themselves, kids reading , people on computers, kids and guardians interacting in the children's area, routine (thank you for still doing the scheduled craft).
