this review is pretty harsh so please move on if you are a lil senstive. let me also preface this with the fact that im a moron for expecting different results every time i go. slowly learning my lesson.
also be sure to check out the other 1-star reviews and the responses given by establishment which are all copy/pasted and do not resolve any of the issue. actually requires the already paying customer to do MORE work. this sonic is pathetic and low effort and they do not care about you. go to la porte or red bluff location instead.
i live like 2 miles from this sonic so its the only reason i visit or come back - and my bad experiences might just be timing cause i usually dont go til late at night on the weekends. but when i do go, this place is trash. the food at sonic has gone so down hill in the recent years. i order off the mobile app (since deleted) and dont even think about getting those extra toppings you added to a blast cause the kids in there making your order will not pay attention to those and will not add them (ive wasted probably $10 worth of hot fudge i never got). the new bbq chicken wrap is trash. its like cheesy queso on there, not normal shredded cheese. mozarella sticks are SOMETIMES okay, but mostly cold as if they were preheated and left out in a "warmer" til theyre handed to you. nuggets are solid crisps of batter with like 5% chicken if youre lucky. even the corndogs sometimes come out burnt and disgusting. how do you ruin frozen corndogs? the last time i went, last weekend, i didnt order it but they had put a hotdog in my bag and it was the most disgusting thing i had seen in my life. do youself a favor, do not go to this establishment ate at night on the weekends. i will do everything i can to avoid this place. too many bad experiences over the last year. its not worth complaining about it - its fast food. but maybe i can help prevent you from making a bad decision and wasting your hard earned money.
whoever owns this place, if youre reading this, you should be ashamed of the quality your store delivers.
no i dont want to waste my time contacting your franchise or store operator - im surprised the store has hung around as long as it has. been around deer park since sonic was off center street closer to where guidrys is now. and sheesh dude. its a shame how bad fast food has gotten.
oh yeah, i definitely have placed mobile orders where it tells you go to the stall, and then sat there for 15 minutes just to realize no one is going to acknowledge you and youve gotta go through the drive-thru. lol. its crazy cause the employees can see you through the window but dont even try to tell you or help.

Read moreI have given this sonic 3 chances and I’m done. I will drive to LaPorte or Pasadena even though I live across the street. First time ordered on the app I got there and waited 30 min to get my 2 Large drinks. Second time I pulled in ordered by red button 3 Large drinks waited 20 min pushed the red button was told we are making it, then another 10 min passed pushed the red button again a different person answered and said what did you order? I told her never mind I don’t need my 2waters or my big red. I filed a complaint and was given 2 free vouchers for drinks but I did not use because I want better service not free drinks. I thought the complaint would be taken seriously. Well I decided to try again one last time at 515pm I ordered on the app, I had to run errands. So I arrived at 545 to pick up my order at 605 the girl tells me they are heading out with my small cheese sticks 2 waters a cup of ice and a Powerade. At 613 I left the stall and went thru drive when I finally got almost to the window I see the kid walking my food to the new car sitting in the stall. I have worked in the fast food business since I was 15 there has to be a better way to take care of your customers, changes need to be made, these are kids but they learn to take their time and treat customers the way they do from the higher ups. Read moreCame tonight Oct. 5th 2023 8 waited in a stall for 15min or so (mind you there was 4 or 5 in a stall on the other side 3 in line at drive thru) no one answered decided to go to the drive thru got right to the speaker ordered a number three large with french fries coke zero with cherry and vanilla slush and a large chocolate trick or treat blast I get to the window she asks me what I order I tell her she leaves comes back with the food tells me the price 25 and some change I have a 10 dollar gift card hand it to her and then a 20 she takes my 20 and leaves for 5-10 min comes back and gives me 4 dollars that's it she turned around and walked away again she kept my change (which isn't a super big deal but still) I would have said something to her about it but she never returned some one brought the blast which wasn't even the right blast it was a vanilla blast with brownie pieces (we didn't realize it until after we left) and then they handed me the slushie and it was wrong by this time 848 or so I was done I didn't care I just left watching them running around here and there 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ not having any kind of direction was astounding we've had issues in the past I think I'll just go to a different one from now on this one is trash (also this sonic expects their employees to write so many 5 star reviews or they get in trouble under different names I had family work here once...
