So yesterday (4/20 national cold brew day) I went through the line and I told the girl taking my order that I didn’t know what I wanted and I was really just there for the sticker, she said something along the lines of take your time no worries. I ordered 3 blended lemonades for me and my sisters and paid. She didn’t turn the iPad to me to sign or tip or anything. I get to the window and ask if there’s any stickers left and I’m told I have to order a cold brew to get a sticker. I can’t have caffeine so if I’d known that, I wouldn’t have even gotten anything cause I was literally just there to get a sticker. I get home and check my bank account cause it was strange that she didn’t turn the iPad back to me and kind of just kept it close to her chest, my total was 2 or 3 dollars more than it should have been for 3 small lemonades….So she tipped herself. I complained to an employee that I knew and she addressed the situation with the girl who took my order, as well as both owners of this location. Come to find out, the employee that I complained to got reprimanded for calling this girl out and was told that she shouldn’t expect her friends to get special treatment. I ordered and paid for 3 drinks, had money stolen from me, and specifically said that I wasn’t sure what I wanted and genuinely just came to get a sticker, which would have been a perfect opportunity for the employee taking my order to let me know that in order to get the sticker you have to order a cold brew. I would love for the owners to personally tell me what part of that experience...
Read moreRolling into a Dutch Bros drive-through is more than a caffeine stop — it’s an experience. From the moment my family and I pulled up to the cheerful blue stand, we could feel the difference. There’s an unmistakable energy that radiates from the smiling baristas, each one ready with genuine conversation and contagious enthusiasm. In a world of hurried drive-throughs, Dutch Bros feels refreshingly human.
The menu is a playground for coffee lovers. Whether it’s a velvety caramelizer, a frosty blended Rebel, or a simple, perfectly balanced Americano, every drink tastes handcrafted and thoughtfully made. The flavors are bold but never overpowering, and the quality is consistent from cup to cup. My family loves trying new combinations — and the team behind the window always offers creative suggestions with the confidence of true coffee experts.
What sets Dutch Bros apart isn’t just the coffee — it’s the culture. Each visit feels like reconnecting with old friends who happen to serve world-class drinks. The service is quick, the atmosphere upbeat, and the genuine care for customers unmistakable. Even the smallest details, from the colorful straws to the energetic playlists, add to the vibe of something special.
For travelers and locals alike, Dutch Bros delivers more than caffeine; it delivers joy in a cup. My family and I always leave smiling — energized not only by the coffee but by the kindness poured into every order. A true gem of...
Read moreThe reason why I have 3 stars has NOTHING to do with the quality, cleanliness, or service. The wonderful lady that served me tolerated my ex-Starbucks complex request and I thought she was awesome. The service was quick and it looked good. However, this was my first experience with Dutch Bros and I have heard many a person say it’s too sweet, full of sugar, and just overwhelming in calories. They did not lie. I will probably never go to another Dutch Bros again, only because it’s not my style drink. If you want a “coffee” that is overloaded with sugar, go right ahead. I enjoy that they use Monin syrup, my personal preference in coffee syrup. I thought that what she gave me tasted, good. But I drank 1/4 of it because it was just too sweet. My husband took one sip of his mocha. It tasted like hot chocolate. If my coffee doesn’t taste like coffee, frankly I don’t want it. I’m a fan of coffee, not sugar with a hint of coffee. It’s just not me. We are not a fan, but I hope you are able to find...
