Decent DD with usual DD food and some nice folks who work there, but lot size is very deceiving. It looks like a large lot but only a 1/3 of it actually used for parking, drive thru and the restaurant, and the drive thru line is usually long which causes problems trying to park. Compound this with the many drivers who come here seem to not know the rules of the road and driving such as speeding in a small lot or acting like they are driving in Asia (for those who dont know, they drive in opposite lanes from what we drive) makes it sometimes a bit dangerous to go in and out. Best to park furthest out which is a very short walk to the front door anyways. If not for the bad lot setup for drivers rating would be higher for location. If the owner of this place reads this, do us all a favor and use the rest of the lot for parking and alleviate the drive thru issue that causes major problems when busy. As for the idiot drivers I have encountered here, especially today 12/28/18 at 7:30am with the jackass in a blue Nissan sedan that nearly hit me and a taxi driver while coming out the drive thru and then almost wrecked on Hillsboro Blvd twice (turning onto road where you can only make a right and then a u-turn at the light), please be more courteous and knowledgeable in how you drive... Or just kill yourselves so the world IQ can go up and the human race won't evolve into...
Read moreThe young lady that took my order did so in a sleepy and unengaged manner. I spoke clearly and slowly into the microphone and asked for "Small French Vanilla Iced Latte with extra milk and extra sugar with whipped cream on top" the young lady responds and says "what size?" I let her know that I wanted a small. Then she said "you want it be French vanilla right?" I said yes then she responds "okay, pull forward" as I pull forward I hear her continue a personal conversation with her co-workers over the microphone.
When I get to the window she asks me "what did u order again?" Allow me mention that there was no on in front me, therefore the lack of attention displayed by this young lady and inability to recall my order was disappointing and frustrating. I repeated my order again then she hands me a latte with no "whipped cream." So I have repeated my order multiple times and they still got it wrong.
She cashes me out and walks away then her co-worker hands me the drink with a straight face. I ask for a straw and the hands me it to an annoyed manner.
This store has a lot of room to learn and develop their customer service sills, accuracy and attentiveness. Their tone could be more lively, they could smile more and pay attention to detail. You may have this experience if you choose to visit...

The lady would not even look at me she just kept saying no. I could barely understand the words that were coming out of her mouth, I didn’t get a name either but she was pregnant, so I didn’t give her a hard time. Very disrespectful, very unprofessional, and rude. This will turn customers away. I was going to even get a ice coffee walking out but I never did because of how rude she handled me.
