Ordered 2 items from this particular shop. 40 minutes later I only received 1 out of the 2 items. There was an accident on the road so the delay was understandable but the store manager, Ebony, offered to send out the item they failed to include with the original order. If the original order took more than 40 minutes to arrive, how was that solution even an option??? Wait another 40 minutes for a wrap???? So instead of offering a refund for the item not received, I am treated like I'm not understanding the situation, tells me I'm on speaker phone and that people in the shop were listening (like I care), and when I say that they made a mistake and failed to include the full order, then she quickly takes me off speaker phone. I visited this location and I dealt with Shannon. I ordered the original combo for $11.99 and I was charged $15.56. I noticed on the receipt she charged me $2.55 for the brownie. I called a different location and their manager stated it’s in fact only an .89 cent up charge with the combo. I went back inside and she said that’s the full cost and the managers are “strict” on the brownies lately when she could’ve charged me the up charge instead. She also mentioned how busy the store got today and how much $ the store made within two hours, no wonder why! Your staff is probably bringing all the brownies home or trying to make the $ back on what gets taken daily. I personally feel I was overcharged when my usual total is at around $12.90. Similar to Firehouse Subs or Jersey Mike's- less of a ripoff than Jersey Mike's. Their subs have a lot of meat so they're very filling but pricier than, say, Subway. No complaints about the sub itself, though I wish they gave a footlong option instead of just 8 or 16 inches (The 16 inch sub cost $26.) The restaurant is really clean and has a nice atmosphere- more of a "once in a while" type restaurant because $13 for an eight inch sub is a bit too much to eat regularly, but you do get what you pay for.
