McDonald's — Restaurant in Deerfield Beach

They are never open the hours they say they are during late night for example it says they'd open from 4am until whenever on Sunday I was there from 4:30am to 5:15 am with a line of other cars in drive thru waiting for 45mins saw employees get inside of the store and said they do indeed open at 4am Sunday morning but once the two McDonald's employees got inside they never got on the drive thru speaker which had a huge line of cars waiting for a long time to say they weren't open yet or there's been a problem just completely ignored. People drove up to cash window and food window honking horns nobody would come to give any explanation. IT IS ILLEGAL TO POST TIMES ONLINE AND ON THE DOOR OFNTHE STORE SAYING HOURS OF OPERATION. IS OPEN WHE. THEY INDEED ARE NOT OPEN, THIS IS THE 3RD TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED I WILL COMPLAIN TO CORPORATE AND THE BBB AND THE NEWS CHANNELS NEWSPAPER AND OWNER OFNTHIS STORE I TOOK PLENTY OF PHOTOS AND VIDEOS ALSONG WITH OTHER CARS THAT WERE FURIOUS WAITING SO LONG AND THEM AGAIN BEING LEAD ON BY THE EMPLOYESS WHO WERE ABLE TO GET INSIDE OF THE STORE FROM THE PEROSN ALREADY INSIDE THE STPRE WHO OPENED THE DOOR FOR THEM . VERY UPSET AND I WILL FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THIS, EVERYTHING IS ON CAMERA AND RECORDED ON THE INSODE OF THE STORE AND ALSO MY PHONE AND A FEW OTHER CARS WHK WERE UPSET AND TOLD TO WAIT A FEW MOMENTS BY THE EMPLOYEE WHO EAS TRYING TO GAIN ENTRANCE TO START HIS SHIFT AND WAS LET INTO THE STORE BYSOMEONE WHO WAS ALREADY THERE. I FINALLY LEFT AT 530AM AND STILL NO SERVICE AN ENTIRE HOUR AND A HALF AFTER 4AM OPEN TIME. You can get fined for not being open when your hours posted on the door and online say the store is open unless there is a be right back 5 mins sit. One Star – Unbelievable Experience!

I don’t normally write reviews, but my experience at this McDonald's was so horrendous that I feel obligated to warn others. From the moment I walked in, things were off. I approached the counter and was greeted (if you can call it that) by a cashier who seemed absolutely miserable to be working. She had pigtails, crooked teeth, and a patch of chin hair that she clearly hadn’t noticed—or didn’t care about. Honestly, her demeanor and appearance were just the beginning of the nightmare.

She barely acknowledged me when I approached, giving me a look as if I was interrupting her in the middle of something way more important. When I asked a simple question about the menu, she rolled her eyes, sighed heavily, and snapped at me in the most rude and condescending tone. It felt like I had personally offended her by existing. Her communication was less than polite—almost like I was an inconvenience to her very existence.

At that point, I started to think that I would’ve had a better experience if they had hired a monkey from the zoo, put it in a uniform, and let it take my order. The monkey at least might have been more pleasant to interact with, and would probably have smiled at me, even if it didn’t understand how to properly operate the register. The cashier, on the other hand, looked like she hated her life, her job, and anyone who dared to walk through the door.

I ended up walking out without even completing my order because the entire interaction left a bad taste in my mouth—one that definitely wasn’t caused by the food, which I never got to taste. I genuinely hope this review serves as a warning to anyone looking to grab a quick meal here: go to the McDonald's across town, or better yet, try your luck with a zoo monkey. It might be...

On February 23 around 2pm I went there with my 2 kids because they were really hungry we decided to eat inside since i thought it was going to be better which end up taking forever.

We went inside, I placed the order through the machine talked to them and waited about 25 minutes. Since I saw it was taking long I talked to the person up front and she was checking on it but I wasn’t getting no answers.

While I was waiting I watched my food sitting there the whole time because I knew what I order.

However I decided to talk to the person in charge with the RED SHIRT when she came to me as soon as I told her about my food being there another costumer randomly start taking to her over me and she just let me there talking by myself. I told her excuse me I been waiting for my food and while we was talking you jump and talk to somebody else. Which is disrespectful.

She got a ATTITUDE, grabbed part of my food, and told me that I don’t have to tell her what to do really mad and walked away from me not giving me he rest of the food. The other employees were there saw what’s going on and didn’t do nothing.

First time this happened to me when working for a customers. You don’t take nothing personal no matter what’s going on you’re working and that’s your job. I’ll never come back again to any other MCDONALD because of what happen I left really pissed and through that food since my sandwich meat was burned as yall can see on the picture. I highly recommend stay away from that place. I used to take my kids to McDonald about to 4 times a week but nah whoever is that person didn’t deserve work for a such great company.
