McDonald's — Restaurant in Deerfield Beach

If I could give them lower than 1 star they would certainly merit it. I was at the drive through window at 10:54pm and they claim they do not close until 11pm. I was at the intercom until 10:58pm and since nobody was answer the intercom, I decided to pull up to the window where they told me 2 minutes before closing that they were closed. Despite me telling them that I was at the intercom before closing, they offered no assistance and would not allow me to speak to a manager. I had to call to speak to a manager and he claimed that he took the last order at 10:57pm (which is still before closing) and that if I was there, I should have heard him, basically telling me that I was lying. I would have settled for an apology but after we went back and forth for a few minutes he simply hung up. No acknowledgement or accountability that it was a mistake on their part, only accusations of dishonesty and attempts to justify themselves. I've been to this McDonald's location several times and each time, I kick myself for ever going again. I finally learned my lesson and will NOT be returning, even for the convenience of being close by my home. The staff is rude and something is always wrong with the order. Be it missing condiments, fries or an entree Once, I was given something extra that I didn't even order! This time, I was given my drink thru the drive-thru and as she handed it to me, it was dripping all over with coke. When I asked for a napkin to wipe it off, I got a very rude reply of, "It's in the bag!" and the window was shut in my face and she walked away. Nice customer service! Something needs to change at this location and quick! Every time I go, it's been something. Rude people or wrong order. I can't let it go this time. If you want a good service from Mc Donald's go to the one on Fed Hwy in Pompano Beach just south of Sample. They fill orders correctly with a smile...

(This is the WORST McDonald's) The worst experience I had ever had at a McDonald's was at this location. The worker's were complaining the whole time saying they don't like to work on weekends and they kept getting everyone's order wrong. we asked to eat in they gave us or food to go and then when we got the food one of the burgers had iced cold bacon on it and half of the bottom bun was missing. When I returned the cold burger all they did was shove it in the microwave and gave it back to me burning hot. It was then too hot to eat and it burned my hand. Other customers also had to go back to get there orders corrected and many were disappointed with the service they got. the worker's there did not seem to be happy with their jobs one bit and they should not be complaining in front of customers say they don't like to work on weekends.
