I thought that the chai latte I had was relatively decent for the price I’ve had a lot of chai lattes in my life. This one is not the best. I would say firstly, I didn’t much care for the location and atmosphere. It was attached and adjacent to a rental place for jet skis And I was unable to find the actual coffee shop until my third lap around the premises. I had to ask the young lady working whether or not she was open. The people working were extremely rude and not helpful. I asked if they had a food menu since one was not displayed she just simply pointed at the food and said right there on here clearly not understanding what she was referring to. I said I’m sorry and she just pointed at the food again and said right there. By the fourth time I asked what the food was on the menu I was no longer hungry and I didn’t want to give any food business to them anymore. My girlfriend asked for a coffee and she is definitely a coffee connoisseur. However, this coffee was downright abysmal. It’s pretty hard to mess up coffee… But this place did it well. I would also like to add that the people working here sure didn’t seem to care about how I felt about their product. The service that they provided was not a service, but a disservice. I would also like to note that the lady working asked me if I’d like to tip, and I said no thanks I’m good, but thanks for the offer. I’m not sure why she felt inclined as though she deserved a tip, considering all she had done was ruined by Thursday morning… Following this, I proceeded to give coffee business elsewhere for the remainder of my time on...

EDIT: it seems this is the only way to reach anyone at this place. I'm going to have to change my review to 1 star. Two separate times I have placed an order online. When I show up the next day, im always told theyre out of one of the items that I purchased and they would refund me for said item. Well I NEVER recieved my $7+ back. And now I'm wondering if they ever refunded me the first time. I don't understand what the issues are that you seem to be having, but I'm incredibly frustrated that I could be allowed to order something on your own website, and pay for it in advance just to be told you sold it by the time I come to pick it up. Two times now I have tried to order breakfast before a busy shift. And two times now have I been left hungry and disappointed. Please just refund me so I can take my business elsewhere. Also, maybe you should really consider upping you par seeing as you're sold out of everything by the time you even open the doors. Absurd!
