Dunkin' — Restaurant in Deerfield Township

This was my all time favorite Dunkin’ until today!! When I pulled up to the window to pay, my drinks were still being made and I sat and watched the girl make them she forgot to put the espresso in one of them and when I said something and she looked me straight in the face and said she put espresso in all of them…. I literally watched her and she DEFINITELY DID NOT!! So I get to where I’m going get my straw out stir the drink up because they didn’t stir them either and it taste like watered down coffee no caramel flavored the ice is already pretty much melted, and I get this drink every single day whether it be a medium or a large I always get the same amount of everything everyday, I know what my drink is supposed to taste like that’s the reason I get it is because so love the taste, you cannot tell me it has something in it when it doesn’t!! So I called them and they say come back up we’ll remake it I get there I have to wait through the long line again and it’s already made there…. well low and behold doesn’t have the foam on it and it looks so light I can tell there is no espresso in it but I’m hopeful so so I take it and drive off and, I taste it and like I thought it does not have espresso in it so this was a waste of $16 this morning and gas going there twice!! My husband and his boss said there’s were not good either and they will drink whatever so that means something when they complain!! SO...

So this was my first visit to this location. Since my experience was not very good, I will try to start with the positive. The donuts were fresh and tasted great. However the service was abysmal The store crew was incompetent and had not been properly trained. I watched them struggle to successfully make 3 consecutive orders. They had to make corrections on at least one of the orders. I saw more standing around than working. It shouldn't take 3 employees standing in a 5 foot circle to make a couple cups of coffee or operate a basic cash register. The only person who appeared to be doing any serious work was I guess the manager. When he asked one of the employees to temporarily replace the incompetent cashier on the front end, she appeared greatly inconvenienced. I hate to bad mouth staff anywhere, but if you aren't going to take pride in doing your job well, perhaps you should consider another line of work. The staff needs to be replaced. Clearly the training at this location is poor and that starts at the top. A house cleaning is likely in order here. I would like to see the issues corrected but based on the wait times, this seems unlikely. Do better or go work somewhere else. Good food but the poor service should encourage you to take your...

This place is HORRIBLE!!! Just like lady below me said, very rude! The manager is quiet and barely talks. He asks his employees for help. Only maybe 2 employees in the morning are good at what they do and I can point them out. One other employee is very rude and basically treated me like he wasn't working, like he was on the streets. I get 2 iced coffees that the other 2 employees usually make for my wife and I and they they make them PERFECT! Today I got them made by the other employee and it was very bland so I dealt with mine and brought mine back to be remade and he threw a fit!!!! He even said if this happens again I have to pay for it!!! Manager took the bad coffee from my hand and didn't say ONE word to me. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Very unprofessional place. My wife and I know a ton about customer service, we both worked it for years and know how it's supposed to be. This was handled horribly!!! They should have just left this spot on fields ertel completely vacated with that old Shell gas station or maybe just put something else in its place......if there was a button for NO STARS I would have tapped it.
