The manager Hemu Seth never returned my call. We stayed at this hotel from September 20th to September 22nd. When I talked to him, he said he couldn't find any proof that we even stayed there and seemed to assume we weren't charged for our stay.  I have a charge on my credit card for $285.69, the cost of our stay IF we had kept our disgusting two bed suite (room 302).  We were moved to room 303 which was smaller but cleaner.  When we were moved, the desk clerk said there was "no charge".  What exactly he meant, I don't know.  When my wife checked our Wyndham rewards points, none were given for this stay. From what I can tell, the staff charged us for the original room, then deleted us the your records. Our whole stay was the worst we have EVER had with a Wyndham property. First of all, the check in process took 30 minutes, including me having fill out a form stating that I understand that I will be charged for the room.  It included ALL of the information on my card including my security code.  I have never had to fill out anything like this by hand, It seems like that's part of the normal booking agreement done on the website or app.  Since they have NO record of us staying there, where did this form go? My wife asked if a handicap accessible room was available, since my Mother-in-law was with us.  She was told there were none.  The smaller room we would later be moved to, WAS handicap accessible! We got our room key for 302, and moved the  luggage cart up to the room.  When we checked the beds for bed bugs, we found MANY!  We also saw a large splatter on the curtain in the bedroom which looked like blood.  I'll attach that picture. Not only did we find bed bugs on the main bed, we found them on the other bed.  My wife also noticed glitter and something that looked oily in front of the dresser. We went to the desk to ask for another room.  If none were available we'd have left.  We were told that the hotel is sprayed for bedbugs and roaches weekly.  We were given a room just down the hall 303, which seemed to be somewhat cleaner, at least we found no bed bugs in it. We had to ask for sheets for the pullout couch and towels for the other three family members staying with us. We never got the extra towels we requested.  The sheets that we did have were all torn and had stains.  We asked for a blanket and the people at the front desk didn't seem to understand what we were asking for. When we went down for breakfast the first morning, the employee started putting the food away as we were getting food.  It wasn't the end of the breakfast time yet.  Others were also trying to get food as he cleaned up early.  It certainly wasn't the service/breakfast we expected. I guess he was in a hurry since I also saw him cleaning rooms 10 minutes later. When we checked out, the desk clerk charged my card for the original amount.  When we asked about being moved to a smaller room she said she couldn't make the change.  We would have to call the manager Hemu Seth during the week. I did call him and he found no record that we were there.  He said he would look into it and call me back on Tuesday.  I never got a call.  The charge for the room was never changed or removed.  We never got our Wyndham rewards points. We contacted the Hawthorne corporate number and they said this is a privately owned hotel and they would let the owner know our stay was unpleasant. Avoid this place!

If zero stars was an option I would have chosen that. We stayed at this hotel over the Christmas holiday whilst in town to visit family, and were extremely disappointed in the rooms cleanliness and lack of the staffs ability to get it cleaned. We checked out early and found a cleaner hotel. Problems included: -Pull out sofa mattress found to be covered in crumbs. Were given sheets to change it ourselves. -Plastic shopping bag and a plastic vending machine trinket container in the bedroom behind/beside the dresser -Dresser drawer found to contain jacket left behind by another customer. -Arm chair in the living room had something that resembled yogurt on the side and cushion of the chair. Took 5 days to clean it off - cleaned on the day we checked out. -In the same chair there were broken crackers below the seat cushion of the chair that took 3 requests/days to get it cleaned. -Plastic that would have had new hair bands on it at the store slightly underneath side of bed in master bedroom -Bathroom counter behind sink faucet is dirty and some sort of pink soap or cleanser is still there (at time of check out is still dirty) -Noticed small bugs on the wall that ran behind the headboard on our last night (couldn’t get a photo quick enough to try and figure out what they were.) - Lied to by staff about room being cleaned. We arrived one evening to find bed unmade and dirty towels on floor. Was told by front desk staff that he knew our room was cleaned by hotel staff because he saw them working in there. The manager, Bhavin Patel, told me the next day that housekeeping told him that they didn’t clean our room because we had a sign on the door. -Was offered a deep clean for the room on the first night... and was later told by manager Patel that the head housekeeper was off for the Christmas holiday and that our room hadn’t been but would be deep cleaned that day since she had returned to work. -Manager Patel called my husband to tell him that he would refund the remaining dates of our stay and that General Manager Nilesh Sharma would be able to refund the remaining balance of dates that we have already stayed and been displeased with. -General Manager returned from his holiday and responded to our email saying that they wouldn’t be refunding any of our stay and that “the team worked hard to ensure the issues you raised were addressed in a timely manner.” -The bulk of requests to clean what other customers left or made dirty took an average of 3-5 days to clean... if you consider 3-5 days a timely manner you won’t be bothered with the cleanliness of this hotel. If you’re like me and don’t want a bunch of garbage left around for your toddler to get into... then I would definitely recommend staying somewhere else.

This was the absolute worst hotel experience I've ever had. I've stayed at $50 roadside motels in better condition. The manager was condescending, rude, and completely unprofessional. First, they said the suite we booked was unavailable for "maintenance reasons", and put us in a smaller room with one less bedroom, but charged us the same amount as the suite. The kitchen was unusable because there was food on EVERYTHING. The stove had food spilled all over it. The dishes had crusted food on them, there were crumbs in the bed, and what looked like pizza sauce all over the wall. We ended up having to spend way too much money on extra food that we wouldn't have to cook. We also spent more money buying breakfasts while there, since I wasn't about to eat anything prepared in that place. There was no dish soap to wash anything with. There was no bedding for the pull out bed and when I asked for it they have me a scratchy mattress pad and no blanket. Every surface was covered in grime and sticky. The tv wouldn't keep signal and they said "it'll clear up". It never did. The air conditioner wouldn't cool the room down. The manager said he'd bring a fan "if he could find one". That never happened. He also said that we could get our suite the following day. That didn't happen either. And when I was in the lobby, another couple said that he'd told them their suite wasn't available as well. There was no phone, no trash can, no alarm clock. The mini lotions and shampoo in the bathroom had been half used. I ate the loss and ended our trip a day early. We had to buy an air mattress for my son because the pull out was so nasty. We spent more money on convenience food and amenities that were supposed to be included, that we could've stayed somewhere nice. What's most infuriating is, this was not a cheap stay. It was $163 a night, which was comparable to much nicer hotels in the area. I got duped. Learn from my mistake.

Well let's see we were there from March 4th till Wednesday July 23rd .. The whole time we were there our dish washer did not work and was leaking all over the kitchen floor. then the ac went out to the point it was soaked all in my room to the closet took months for them to even fix that. around July 15th Then after all that our fridge was not working right and was making our milk spoil in 2 days after buying it. And not freezing our food. I've done everything they tell me to do and yet my mom who is on ss income was able to pay 1450 at the beginning of the month on 2nd and the rest at the end of the month on 4th wensday her 2 paydays all for them to kick us out and ban us because of non payment of almost 300. when I got proof they have let it slide where we did not have the money for a week sometimes but always got there money back we were good customers and have kids 3 a 5 year old 16 year old and 14 year old. Single mother taking care of my mother because she is ♿️ and only has 6months to a year left and gose thru cardiovascular arrest and has a defibrillator in her chest. Yet they kicked us out when we had no money for another hotel or truck at the time so Jessica let me stay told me to stay away from brooke don't let her see me because she was told to tell us to leave on Monday and we had to wait to get our money just to have enough to get a truck and another hotel room for 5 people all under 800 till the 2nd today. And was told by Jessica that we had to leave because some fire Marshall came and said they need to do 30 days there 7 days away and to come back for 30 days and next month they should be able to bypass some system things to where it would be longer then 30 days but today I called and told Brooke I had the money to pay them back and to see if we can come back all to have her tell me she band me my mom and my 3 kids for non payment and reported it to corporate. I was recommending them to family and friends and have made them business before even some that wanted to leave I talked them into staying yet this is what they did to us just be aware there not the best hotel and everything is falling apart there in the rooms not worth 2000 or 2500 for the 2 bedroom suite I was room 318 ... it's not right how they do people Jessica will bring her kids to work and leave them un attend in the pool age 12 and 9 yet everyone else has to be in there with there kids I know why my son has to be watched but was told no one else can watch my kids when they willingly told me they would yet other kids were being watched by other adults not there parents. They both bring there kids to work like it's bring your kids to work day. Witch is Unprofessional because how can u do your job and waltch your children when one is a baby and other is 9 when they sit up in office goofing off all day or out side where cameras can't see them or in there cars. i was told Jessica hates her job if it was not for brooke idk if she would stay working there. People leave trash everywhere. By front door and there dumpsters always full and trash piled around it. The whole time we were there it smelled like mold and mildew. They also let others in that was on a previous band list thru them but they are still there to this day. Unprofessional if u ask me. I still talk to people who stay there and my son has a girlfriend who stays there and nothing has changed for any of them since we left just for us 💯 so be aware they will lie to your face and then ban you .. but pick and choose who they let slide 💯 . My son has caused some issues yes but was never put out for it they let it slide and I was working on my son and doing what they told me to with him. So I thought they were a good hotel no matter the rooms conditions or the way they were I let it go never said anything because I thought they was good people. Just to be band for the one thing they know were good at we have always payed for the room till they kicked us out and left us with no choice but to leave with out paying or we would of been on...

The manager Hemu Seth never returned my call. We stayed at this hotel from September 20th to September 22nd.

I have stayed at many hotels over my lifetime while going on road trips. And I have to say this is hands down one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Where to start where to start, when we first came here it really wasn’t that bad, I came with 2 of my friends and his dad and uncle. While my friends uncle went inside to check us in we can see and clearly hear the guests that were in the pool, mind you we were on the complete over side of the parking lot while the pool was on the other side, and we can clearly here them. Not to mention there kids were screaming there heads off but ok. My friends uncle checked us in and we started to grab our stuff to get in, when we got up to our room it wasn’t bad to be honest, everything was clean and neat but then we opened the fridge and saw that the guests before us left some food in the fridge and the room service didn’t bother to clean it out. And not to mention we had the worlds smallest garage can even tho together there were 5 of us. We then decided to go down to the pool to cool off, when we got down to the pool the people that were there were still screaming there heads off and splashing everywhere, oh and did I forget to tell you a kid threw up next to the pool... and no one was concerned about it, not even the hotel staff cared, no one came out to clean it. When I went inside to get a towel the towel they gave me was covered in hair, so I went back inside to get a new one, then when I finally got into the pool with my friends the kid who threw up next to the pool came over and started bragging to us about it, he no joke started saying “I WAS THE ONE WHO DID THAT” like he takes pride for ruining other peoples time. So the pool was not the cleanest to say the least. So for the rest of the day nothing really happened, we got out of the pool and went back to our rooms. But I didn’t even get to the next day yet, so buckle up it’s a bumpy one. The next day rolls around and we started to pack our stuff up to leave. we then decided to go get there free breakfast that they had, when we got down there and asked for it they said breakfast was over, it goes from 6am to 8am, what hotel with breakfast has it 6-8 am? Please someone tell me, but to be honest I think that was for the best, after what we experienced there, I didn’t even want to see what there breakfast was. Then when we went back to our room a random guy just slammed our door open and said “I hope I didn’t wake you guys up last night I was so f-ing drunk, did you guys see something in the halls? I lost something valuable.” As all of us were a little creeped out by these because we have no idea who this guy is and he just came in our room, who knows he could have a gun? A knife? We don’t know so we told him no and can you please leave our room, and then he did, thank god he did. So that was our trip, to say the least it was not pleasant. And I’m just finding out out at the time of writing this review that they charged my friends uncle for a night we canceled in the time for us to get our money back, but they said it was a mistake and they will give him his money back, but idk anything...
