Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Deerfield Township

If you’re thinking about going this location DONT!! We went for dinner and I went to get limes for my bowl and noticed a long strand of hair that was in the limes and lemons. I politely let the worker know that there was a hair and asked for new limes and she just said okay. My husband then asked her again and still no new limes. He then asked hey there’s still hair in this can you get new limes and she laughed and said no! Before we left I went to go check if the hair was still there and it was which was when I decided to take a picture. (The hair was even further in the lime container before I took a picture. Either way hair is hair and that is unsanitary and gross.) I then told her that it was disgusting to leave that sitting there when we already let her know multiple times that there was hair in the limes. She then proceeded to argue with me about the hair and act like it wasn’t a big deal in front of all the other customers! Multiple people heard us telling her about the hair. Absolutely disgusting and I definitely will not be going back. She wasn’t wearing a name tag other wise I would be specifically naming her. It would have been fine had she got rid of the limes when we first let her know but instead she left it out for other customers to grab lemons and limes from! We’re very disappointed and I just wanted to let others know...

We went here last night and from the get-go, it was unpleasant. Each member of staff going down the line became ruder and ruder until we hit the register, where a woman who may have been the manager walked off on us after shoving our food at us without any goodbye or eye contact.The line itself was disgusting, the guac had more cheese in it than the actual cheese bin it seemed. I went out of my way to order around that since I'm lactose intolerant, but I found a few shreds in my pico. The restaurant itself was sticky and nasty on every surface and the floor was wet without a sign in multiple areas. The thing I was very upset about was how disgusting the bathroom was, and the fact that a double dispenser for toilet paper was completely empty with 4 employees with not much business rolling through. After eating for around 20ish minutes, my Husband and I started getting kind of nauseous, so we left out of the one side of the door that worked (which was a guessing game per there not being anyone who cared enough to put up a sign). We both had horrible stomach aches (and what comes with them) all night afterwards, so we're definitively not coming back here in the forseeable future unless we figure we WANT food poisoning for...

Never been to this restaurant b4 but i had a T-MOBILE Tuesday $5 off digital coupon. I walked up to the counter and the lady just looked at me without saying anything. I began telling her I had a coupon and before I could finish she just said "no". I asked what about the app..."no" was all she would say. So I walked out, got in my truck, ordered on the app, used the coupon and went in after 15 mins. She made eye contact soon as I walked in the door, when I walked over to the pick up rack to get my order she comes around from the counter and asks what I'm looking for. I told her, she asked my name as if I was lying and looked over my shoulder until I found it. Even worse than that, the food was TERRIBLE! To call it a 2nd rate Chipotle would be a compliment, its more like a 2nd rate Hot Head burritos. The steak was almost all fat, the chicken wasn't bad but just not alot of flavor,. I see why there are so few of them in this area. Wasn't worth the experience, even...
