I'm neutral for two reasons. I ordered my food about 15 minutes before (literally just two sandwiches), and when I got there, it wasn't in the carryout area. Cool, no problem, that didn't bother me. What bothered me was the additional 20-minutes I had to wait just to get two sandwiches. Normally, I don't cause problems when I'm in a restaurant. I worked in the restaurant industry for a few years, so I know how annoying customers could be. But finally, I had to ask the nice cash register lady what the hold-up was. I don't think it should take 35-minutes to get two sandwiches.
She finally told me that some company placed some huge pick-up order, like 40+ sandwiches, and they had to get those made before making mine. For starters, I don't think that was the right decision. I feel like they could have prioritized better. Like, take care of the people inside first, call the company that placed the order and tell them, "Hey, this is gonna be like an hour before you can pick this up." Now, if the people from the company were inside, then I would understand. But I don't know. It didn't sit right with me. However, she was super nice, but I wish they would've conveyed that to the people in the lobby, rather than having us come up and ask what the long wait is. Read moreSomething about the Del city locations, all the restaurants in this area, they don't do their jobs right. Tonight I waited 15-20 minutes for a meat mountain. The entire drive through was being pulled forward and having to wait around for slow service; 4 cars waiting at a time on the side... I already have to deal with eating overpriced and low quality food, (with my fast paced life), so when we do business with you, you could at least be a little fast about it.(fast food) I could have went somewhere else and sat down and ate healthy food, within 20 minutes of waiting for my food in your drive through... I pick your place, because its its supposed to be fast. Also when I'm paying 12 dollars for each single sandwich, you should tell all your cashiers to stop acting like they only make the meat mountain, when they feel like it. That's getting annoying too. Told her it was suppose to be one lemonade and a strawberry lemonade, well I guess that upset her cause she goes back after rudely rolling her eyes and brought back a small Lemonade so we said no you just brought us a large so the lemonade needs to be large not small she slammed the drive thru window and went back and remade the lemonade as she walks back to the drive thru window we was already pissed with the service we was getting so I went into the store to ask to a different manager she said I can get a number off line and would help with anything else I told her she should check her attitude before she makes the wrong person mad and then she comes out side to read my tag number like I did something wrong , this store should really evaluate who they make a manager .
