These people give Walgreens as a whole, a terrible name; Their customer service is absolute trash. While I understand that you close for your “meal break” at 1:30, it is your job to finish completing the customers that are in line and have been waiting PRIOR to the 1:30 cut off. I arrived at 1:22 pm & pulled up to the 2nd window at 1:26 pm. To help speed the process up, I had already proactively sent my ID, and money for my out of pocket payment at 1:26, PRIOR to it being 1:30. A gentleman asked my first and last name, had my ID, and the money for the Out of pocket cost. It was 1:32, and somebody came back to the window saying “we have your pick up right here, but the pharmacist has left for the meal break already.” I understand customers arriving AFTER the 1:30 time, being turned down, but certainly not the ones who have ALREADY BEEN WAITING, and the ones that have ALREADY have been acknowledged by your staff and have SENT the necessary credentials over. When you’re getting your teeth cleaned, your appointment commences, and you’re the last patient the dentist is checking before his scheduled lunch break, you definitely do not see him saying “hey, you know what, hang tight, I’ll be back in 30.” He finishes his patients & then takes his lunch.
Also, update, it’s 2:04. Said lunch break is over. They just now come back, and proceed to help the person that was here AFTER me before...

I was going out of town for 5 months so before I left, I told the pharmacy to stop all auto refills of any prescriptions I had on file and they assured me multiple times that it will be off the whole time. Once I come back, I ordered one prescription and sent my daughter to pick up meds, only to find out they had auto refills back on and I ended up paying for additional medication that I did not need or order. So I went back to return it, and they refused to take it back & refund me. They also saw in the order history that I did not pick up any meds for 5 months, and they said their system automatically puts auto refills on after 3 months. However, in my Walgreens online, it shows on my end that my auto refills are off. They still would not work with me on this regardless due to their “system” and even took the medicine I returned, but no refund. They said there was nothing they could do to help me on this. That’s so frustrating and unfortunate, and also such a waste of time that I do not have. I ended up having to close mine and my husband’s account with them, and will be going to another...

ORIGINAL ENTRY: I am currently standing inside the store awaiting a prescription. This mind you after sitting in the drive through 3 times for 10 to 15 minutes only to be told my prescription isn't ready yet. It is 3:15 pm and when i dropped the prescrition off at 9:30 am I was told it would be 30 minutes.
This is the first and LAST time I come to this location. Oh yeah, by the way based on my listening in to others going through the Drive up, there are many other folks getting the same poor service...
