I've been coming here for about a year but today didn't start out good. First some older man opened his car door and hit my car so hard it shook. Then he stood outside and waited for them to open the door. By tge tone I got in one of the stylist said I got you Then proceeded to take other customers ahead of me. The the same person came and mumbled something which I could not understand and when I told her I had a hear issue she shouted it at the top of her lungs. How disrespectful can one get Needless to say I walked out. I may not cone back the issue is I purchased the 10 appointments and now I don't know if I will ever get my money back for them. I was in this afternoon for what was supposed to be a free haircut. I won 3 free haircuts in a gift basket at the Delafield chamber golf outing last Friday at Western Lakes Golf Club. The gal who cut my hair said that the coupon was not any good. It clearly says on the front of the coupon that it is good until 12-31-23. She proceeded to charge me 20.00 for a free 24.00 haircut. I want my money back as soon as possible. I will be in contact with the Delafield chamber and make them aware of your business practices. Why donate anything if you will not honor it? Very poor business practices. I will also let the golf outing organizers know about this so they don't bother looking your way...

Worst experience ever. They cut my sons neck in multiple places! We’ve been going to a different Sport Clips for 4 years. We’ve never had anyone hurt his neck with the clippers before. We stopped at the Delafield location and had an experienced stylist cut his hair. When we left he started saying his neck hurt really bad and was brought to tears. I looked and his neck had been cut in multiple places by the clippers. It was red, irritated, welting, very painful and burning. I’m so angry. This is ridiculous. If they don’t know how to cut hair without injuring people then that shouldn’t be working. As others have said this will be our first and last time going...
