I took a few photos of how absolutely disgusting their dining areas were. Never have i ever seen a more disgusting environment to eat. Sorry to be rude. But that was absolutely terrible. No tables were wiped. Seats were covered in crumbs and dried food. The tables were so close together you could hardly walk thru them. The floor was caked in food under tables and walk ways. Trash all over. The lemonades we paid for were all empty and just got soda because they said it would be a wait. Our chicken was under cooked, pink and rubbery. The bread was ok/hard. The cookie was rock hard and past expiration date on it. We took it back up the new was still was hard and kinda unpleasant. my daughter mac n cheese was extremely hot and cold and not heated well and she didn't finish it. My receipt said a bread side, we got chips. Didnt mind either way for the side choice. They set our samiches on oyr napkins so they were full of the dressing sauce that dripped. I mean overall it was terrible in almost every way. Thanksfully the other paneras i know have been better so im not completely grossed out by the company. But I will not be back to this location. We were customer #34 not long after opening for the day. I hope this gets taken care of. My favorite part was seeing over 5 people sitting in the front by the doors talking at the table. While a couple of workers were behind the counter. Read moreI was in the store for 30 minutes when my order was supposed to be ready before the time that I got there. I imagine there is fault in both the online ordering system and the store. When I arrived they had no history of my order, even though I had an order conformation and was already charged for the food. I then proceeded to wait around for 15 minutes while they were trying to figure out what happened. After they came to the conclusion that the order was lost somewhere, they re-placed my order. I get that sometimes there are technology issues and not everything works perfectly, but if I would have just walked in and ordered over the counter, it would have taken me a quarter of the time to get my food compared to the situation that I described above.
The workers were rather nonchalant about the whole situation which was probably the most frustrating thing about it. I have worked for several years in the food industry, so I don't like to yell or make a big fuss, because I know what it's like on the receiving end. But I wonder if I had made a big deal out of it, if I would have gotten my food sooner.

Read moreAt first doordashing from Panera to the customer was great because every time I came here to pick up it would be done before the pick up time or at the time of pick up time. But as of recently (about a month) and still on-going, they can’t quite seem to get the grasp on finishing the food at the correct time for delivery services. Every time I’ve gone there in the past month I’ve had to wait there 10-20 minutes after the pick up time. Essentially they can’t do their job correctly!! It’s absolutely ridiculous and you have most definitely lost all or any possibility of me being a costumer here. As of today, I went in to pick up a DoorDash and the pick up time was 11:05 and I did not receive that order until 11:14 (not even a long wait compared to how long I’ve had to wait before). I would’ve given them a two star review if the middle aged chunky African American women hadn’t been rude to me.
