Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Delaware

Went to the store with my family of 5. The employees helped 3 people in front of us promptly with their coffee. I watched the 3 employees look at my family trying to decide what flavor of ice cream we wanted. When we went to order, 1 employee looked at us and walked away. Another saw us and also walked away both turning their back on us. We waited a considerable amount of time, no acknowledgement or even a "we'll be right with you." It was clear that they did not want to assist with ice cream. I should have realized from the beginning when the ice creams were mislabeled, empty containers on top of open ice cream and freezer burnt ice cream. Would def nnot...

Always go to this place when I am in town which is once a year. Really dissatisfied this last time. Forgot you need to go to the register to order. Asked the guy "manager" at ice cream counter for a specific ice cream. He was in the process of removing some of the ice cream tubes and I wanted to make sure I would be able to get the said ice cream. He told me I need to go to the register to order.

We ordered ice cream with Drive Thru 30 minutes before Baskin Robbins closed. And when picking up at the window, a female employee was angry that we had "mocked" her words. We never said anything at all, but she closed the windows before we could defend ourselves.
