honestly I'm very disappointed. I feel like every time I come to this location it is an issue. all the employees are very nice when going there but I feel like my order is also messed up just as often as its correct. Its as simple as today 3/20/24 at 12:40 I ordered a medium iced coffee and a simple order of hash browns. Coffee looks and taste correct and bag felt light enough to be hash browns that I didn't check before leaving the drive-thru. maybe that's my fault but I find it hard to mix up a order of hash browns and a strawberry frosted donut with sprinkles which is what I received instead. Its simple mistakes like this that discourages me from coming to dunkin anymore, especially being 8 months pregnant right that made me extremely upset because all I've been craving are those dunkin hash browns and I get settled at work and ready to eat them and its not even correct. Today I placed an online order for 2 coffees to be collected at the drive through. I drove straight up to the order point, advised that I was collecting an online order for 2 coffees, and was told to drive up to the collection window. There were only 2 cars ahead of me, yet it took nearly 5 minutes to get to the collection window. Two people behind the counter paying no attention to is struggling with the kiosk, or to the man at the other one who didnt have a card and wanted to pay cash.
