Kick n' Chicken — Restaurant in Delaware

Extremely disappointing. Waited 15 to place an order, long time to wait considering no one else was there. Then waited over and hour for of food. Then the order was so screwed up . When we went back to the counter with the complaints we where offered a brownie. Seriously! Now about the food! My daughter order a small onion rings and small fries, I understand it was a small order but come on 4 onion rings and hard dried out fries. We also ordered a 4 piece chicken meal and a 10 piece boneless chicken meal. The chicken meal was over cooked, almost burnt, and 2 out of 4 pieces still had feathers on them... When we took it to the counter the counter person to paraphrase, what do you expect, it's fresh chicken. So that brings me to the last meal. Small quarter size boneless wings, there was very little sause on the wings, and they were dried like they have been sitting there since the afternoon lunch rush. I would definitely reconsider even stopping at this place. Oh and lastly I forgot to mention the price for all this it came to almost $48 now seriously I don't mind spending money on a meal but come on at least make it edible or if you do have issues with it at least do something about it instead of telling us well what do you expect it's...

Ordered the garlic parmesan wings. They were seriously lacking flavor to the point where I felt compelled to return them and get my money back. When I got to the store to return them, I explained to the girl at the counter why I wanted to return them. She called a man from the back. I explained that I ordered garlic parmesan, but I think I got plain ones by mistake. He stated that the "formula " had both garlic and parmesan. I stated that regardless of his formula I was not satisfied and wanted my money back. After some back and forth, he angrily proceeded to the register and attempted to preform the transaction but he didn't know how to get it to work. Then he pulled the cash out of the register and slammed it on the counter(I paid with a credit card ). I see why the place was empty both times that I was there. Never again! I make better...

The food has really gone down and keeps getting worse. I ordered chicken wings and gizzards. The gizzardswere ok, but greasy. The wings were under breaded and severely over cooked just under burnt. They were dark brown. I can't seem to attach photos, but they look similar to the photos in another review. I ordered 10, but had to force myself to eat 2. You're Kick in Chicken and you can't make a decent wing? I would have taken them back, but I live 45 minutes away. To make matters worse, I asked for sauce and was given 2 small sauces and told it was $1.50. I stated don't you get a sauce with each order. "Oh yeah, I forgot." I guess they also forgot how to...
