McDonald's — Restaurant in Delaware

Fairly roomy McDonald's, parking, and usually looks pretty clean inside. Service is also usually very good. So it gets four stars. A McDonald's should never get 5 stars.

12/30/21 Dropping to 3 stars......super slow service tonight.

3/11/22 either they forgot my order, or they gave it to somebody else by mistake. Down to two stars.

1/13/23 I placed a curbside order and waited for an inordinate amount of time before I went in to find out where the order was. They hadn't even started half of it. Needless to say, they were not busy at all. There was one car in the drive-thru and nobody in the restaurant besides myself. Down to one star.

Still very slow at times and they no longer leave out napkins. Which wouldn't be an issue unless you need some. And have to wait to get attention so you can request some.

Whatever you do, order through the app or through the drive-thru. If you go inside and expect to order at the counter, you're going to be sorely disappointed. No one will pay attention to you there.

4/12/24 I don't recommend stopping here at all. Place an order curbside and waited 30 minutes and nothing showed up. Went inside and by the time you finally get someone to pay any attention to you they have to be all surly. This McDonald's should be shut down.

This was my first time in Delaware and the manager with the tattoos on her arms and glasses ruined my whole trip. We had come in to order food to go and we were waiting for our food we sat down to keep a distance with the other customers who were waiting. She approached us and yelled at us to get up because we had to stand to wait. We got up and she still was arguing with us. We threatened us by telling us she was going to kick us out. Mind we got up without hesitation. While she was yelling she took off her mask while behind the line and yelling on the line. I understand we can't sit to eat, but we just sat down to wait for our food and to follow the 6 ft rule. In addition she started yelling at an old man who also wanted to sit and wait. She was so rude, i know its McDonald's, but there are standards. I will never eat at that McDonald's again. I just feel bad for the old man. How can someone be so cold. Please have a conversation with her and teach her customer service. We went in at 10:20 am Sunday the 12th of...

I just came to this location for my doordash order waited 10 min before I saw the order pop up on the screen in the part the shows the orders that are now being served. I waited for another 5 minutes then asked the guy that was serving the doordash orders about my order he said they don't have it. Another dasher was standing there and he then said how can they not have your order when they just moved your order to the screen that says it's now being served. The manager was contacted by doordash and her lied and told them he already gave the order to the dasher and I'm standing in the store. I'm talking about the flamboyant manager with white/ blond hair with the attitude that doesn't know how to speak to people including the workers. Then while on doordash reporting the issue I'm being called by another doordash worker asking about the order. When I never received the order from the McDonald's. Get y'all act together. It'd bad on a dasher when y'all mess up the orders y'all are serving and blame it on other...
