The food is good, but the line is crazy and you can't go inside. I was stuck behind a car WITH my food for 15 mins.!

I visited the location again. After all, it is a new location, and I wanted to give them an opportunity to improve. This time was worse than the first.
This morning, I waited in line while two representatives serviced 1 line. Two cars ahead of myself sat and waited for our orders to be taken. After 20 minutes and 8 cars that arrived after myself but were serviced first, I asked the service rep why they had two lines if only one was actively moving. He then responded, "I don't know". If the the line was closed they should have stopped the traffic from entering, and shut down the lane. He offered no apology, no explanation, nothing. He asked me if he could take my order, and I responded no thank you and left.
I'm not sure why this chain continues to have problems but I'm very unhappy. The feedback from my first review was simply "Give us another chance." Sadly, I did, and they failed. I called the number to speak to a representative in the physical location, and it took me to a cares line that is not even in the same state of the restaurant.

Read moreToday was my third day coming to this location and for all three visits I used the curbside pick up option.
The first day that I came here was outstanding; my order was kind of late coming out the door but when I got it I can tell that they dropped the chicken fresh and everything was piping hot, everything was delicious, everything about that order was perfect.
The second day I came my order was super late coming out the door and then when I went to eat it it was warm at best. So my experience that day was all right.
Today my food was super early actually; I ordered my food and I went to Starbucks to get coffee and they had called me to let me know that they were already done with my order to my surprise. I picked up my order and went to pull my sandwich out of the bag and as you see in the picture it was ripped. I understand things happen but on the flipside of that if you’re wrapping a sandwich you have to make sure that it’s not open especially with Covid and all the other stuff around these days everybody is going to just be on high alert with certain things and to me I couldn’t eat that because it was open.

Read moreWhat can I say bad about Chick-fil-a? Not much really to be honest. I don't like how sugar is in almost everything, but extra fat or sugar is what makes the current fast food world go round.
Yet, i still give 5 stars. I know I give out a lot of 5 🌟 reviews, but I truly feel the locations deserve it and the folks that make it possible for these locations to receive it, deserve it too. Anyway, I pick Chick-fil-A mostly due to I feel I can trust their service even when the line is long. I can trust that I won't be left waiting extremely long wait times and my order will be incorrect in some way. Even if it is, which has been an extremely rare occasion. It is fixed quickly and I am given a little extra love in my bag. Like what! Who doesn't want and love that type of customer service. Also they send me the occasional fish line (promotion to get me to order). It is typically items I actually would eat.
Outside of the great guaranteed smooth service is that you can use points earned on multiple items not just one in a single order and share said points. I share points with my parents and other family members easily. When my kids start going without me. I share...
