I don’t understand the lack of quality control here.
Consistently my order is wrong and missing things I’ve paid extra for. I’m not exaggerating that every time I come here something is wrong. Sandwiches missing meat and cheeses. Coffee wrong, or even with grounds at the bottom of my cup. Rolls missing from bowls and soups. Sandwiches not toasted. I don’t think I need to open and check my food before leaving, apparently I should be.
Today was my breaking point. I got a Mac and cheese bowl with meatballs, parm, and a roll. The meatballs were undercooked and still cold with nearly no sauce, there was no parm or roll. It looked like rinsed off, half microwaved meatballs were thrown into a bowl of macaroni.
I understand working in food service is exhausting, but this just isn’t acceptable. There has to be some kind of base line in training people how to deliver the same kind of service with every customer. What are the options in fixing this? And I supposed to drive back and complain at the register? Who fixes this stuff?
I don’t want to direct my frustrations at the wrong person, but there needs to be some accountability here and solutions to make sure this stops happening. A good management team makes their employees want to do a good job and holds them to the company’s standards.

Read moreI had to work today. Our cafeteria isn't open. I decided to get something for lunch at this Wawa. I work in Wilmington. I opened my sandwich just to discover mold on it. I called and the person who answered the phone was like well bring it back and we'll make another. Okay I am not leaving my job to go all the way back there. They said bring it back when I get off. When I get off work I am exhausted. What sucks is I ride the bus home. So now I will have to catch 2 buses or catch a bus to this Wawa then walk home. I live on 273 by TD banks.
